May 1st, 2026 - 12:12pmAbout time they started releasing these. Looking forward to adding them all to my collection.
Now if they could work out a way to publish the TV Comic strips as well, that’d be great.

May 1st, 2026 - 9:45amIn the david tennant era i bought dr who adventures magazine till he left even though i was way too old for it,i didn’t save the comic strips from it i kinda regret it now.
I still am never short of a dr who pen or notebook as thats what most of the free gifts where. I always remember them suddenly altering one of the stickers as it was too adult themed, on the next week preview it said “you want to mate with me” but on release the sticker said “i just want a mate” lol

April 30th, 2026 - 5:15am96 pages? With there being a table of contents, etc, that means this probably only reprints 15 issues worth of DWA comics.
With those page counts, it will probably take six *more* of these to reprint the Tennant era, 7 more books for Smith, then 3 to finish it out with Capaldi and the one Whittaker story. If they have the rights, Battles In Time would take 3 books at this size. That’s probably a decade or more worth of these books, given there will still be an ongoing DWM series to collect in TPB form too.
I’m losing hope that we’ll ever see Countdown + TV Action, much less TV Comic.

April 30th, 2026 - 12:03amThe Artwork and the sheer Shutzpah of these strips, were amazing. Simpler but so good with stories for ages upwards of 14.
Hoping they would gravitate to DWM. But most of us read Both. More superb comic action strips each month.
I wonder why they titled this from the story in issue 10 A single story. Issue 1 might have been the best place to start. I hope they sell well, fantastic price. more please

April 30th, 2026 - 5:19amThey’re really fun. Light and fizzy short trips that are far more clever than they have any right to be given their length and their target audience. And they’re *beautiful*. Slick as slick can be.
