New Doctor Who B&M Sets Due September
Character Options is thrilled to announce a fresh new drop of exclusive Doctor Who figure sets, arriving on shelves at B&M stores across the UK this September. Following a blockbuster year of multiple releases for Doctor Who collectors, this autumn wave introduces four brand-new limited-edition sets, presented in the iconic 5.5-inch (14cm) scale and finished in premium Gold Seal packaging.
Exact landing dates will be confirmed shortly, but fans and collectors are advised to keep a close watch on their local B&M shelves from early September.
The autumn 2026 line-up includes:
The Twelfth Doctor & Missy Two-Figure Set (Ref: 08537)
You can see a picture of this item in its packaging at www.ebay.co.uk
Relive the dramatic tension of Series 8 with this dynamic duo. This five-piece set features the commanding and deeply principled Twelfth Doctor, portrayed by Peter Capaldi, alongside his most unpredictable nemesis: Missy, the first female incarnation of the Master. The Doctor is depicted in his classic attire and comes complete with his Sonic Screwdriver. Missy is dressed in her signature maroon tunic and long skirt, accompanied by her black umbrella and personal device accessory.

The Eleventh Doctor & Amy Pond Two-Figure Set (Ref: 08538)
Fans were able to celebrate a bold era of time travel with the fan-favourite Eleventh Doctor and his popular companion, Amy Pond. This limited-edition set captures the playful yet deadly serious incarnation of the Time Lord in his memorable, red-striped shirt and bow tie, carrying his famous Sonic Screwdriver. Amy Pond is depicted in her infamous police uniform, exactly as seen in her debut episode, The Eleventh Hour.

History of the Daleks: Paradigm V2 Set 1 (Ref: 08535) & Set 2 (Ref: 08536)
Collector demand remains high for the History of the Daleks series, and this wave delivers two distinct sets based on the purebred Dalek hierarchy created by the ancient Progenitor devices.
Set 1 (Paradigm Dalek V2): Features the blue Strategist Dalek, built for military campaign planning, alongside the orange Scientist Dalek, responsible for tech research and biological weaponry.

Set 2 (Paradigm Dalek V2): Features the sleek, red, metallic Drone Dalek, the essential foot soldier class that later rose to serve as field officers, and the yellow Eternal Dalek a foundation member of the new Paradigm

These highly detailed, limited-edition releases offer the ultimate way for fans to expand their treasured Doctor Who collections.

August 28th, 2026 - 3:09pmIs there already a white supreme dalek or are they gonna do it later?
James Wallace
August 28th, 2026 - 3:15pmThere is the orginal one. They might release that in an asylum of the daleks set I’m guessing. It makes sense
Ian
August 29th, 2026 - 8:41pmAlso the Asylum one. Stories I’m hearing is the B&M range is ending. B&M wanting to concentrate on two for £20 toys.
Radburn
August 30th, 2026 - 11:36pmWell I do hope that there’s no truth in that! These HOTD Dalek Sets being # 22 & # 23, have all been great. I really hope we will still get some more HOTD Sets in the future.
John Taylor
September 2nd, 2026 - 5:59pmI bought all 5 Daleks in the different colours when first came out. They were released individually then instead of double packs. I think they sold at around £10 each (I’m not sure) but I have a suspiction they will probably sell for £44.99
pb
August 28th, 2026 - 2:58pmIt would’ve been nice if they’d swapped the legs of Police Amy with the Victory of the Daleks Amy figure. A simple change yet would’ve made a new more accurate ‘A Christmas Carol’ variant, in which she wears the police outfit with boots. The 11th Doctor is nice I suppose. Although I do think it ruins the exclusivity of the 13 Doctors Set version by just doing a straight re-release, especially when there’s so many changes they could’ve made. Why not do this figure but with a blue shirt and bow-tie instead? Hasn’t been a blue Series 5 11 since the original 2010 release, over 16 years ago!
The 12 Doctor set is essentially just straight up re-release it seems like and very uninteresting to me. Again, even painting the waistcoat on would’ve made a big difference.
The Paradigm are the best of the bunch. To me it looks like they’re all painted metallic, but we’ll have to wait and see for actually photos of them I guess.
kaz
August 28th, 2026 - 7:48pmWow, i never noticed Amy never wore shoes in that story, so that figure has always been inaccurate, that’s really bugging me now
Ian
August 29th, 2026 - 8:43pmThey do have a metallic finish
Dalek Eye Stalk
August 28th, 2026 - 2:15pmProbably the four worst sets ever released at B&M. Great if you don’t have any of these figures, but I’ve already got versions of each of these on their original release. Don’t see the point buying them again. I can’t justify spending by hard earned on them.
kaz
August 28th, 2026 - 2:10pmOld 11th Doctor body with old headsculpt.
No ball joints
Amy has no tights
12th Doc still has no waistcoat
Andy
August 28th, 2026 - 1:41pmOh.oh, it’s that time of year again to go Dalek Hunting. I like these I missed these last time they were out but they only ever did them.as a single figure for about £12.99 so I like these that we getting 2 in each set I would pretty much these will probably not do so well with the older fans but I like them they remind me of the Peter Cushing Movies the Daleks were all different colours. But no.White Supreme or Iron side Daleks yet we might get those in the next wave as there is usually two waves each year. And I hope you guys are going to be posted a map again. I will do my bit if I see any of them in the Tyne and Wear end.

August 28th, 2026 - 1:19pmnothing whatsoever here that interests me; i won’t be getting anY of these 4 sets…
Dalek Eye Stalk
August 28th, 2026 - 2:17pmAgreed. Terrible releases.

August 28th, 2026 - 1:11pmHow I would love for 12 to get his blue sonic…

August 30th, 2026 - 9:48pmHe did for the series 9 12th Doctor figures
cosmosboy98
August 28th, 2026 - 12:53pmAlthough I understand complaints of un-originality, I actually want to get all these sets. I never got the Blue Dalek, and the head of my Red has always been a bit dodgy. I never got the white shirted Capaldi and the updated ‘13 Doctors set’ 11th Doc. Pleased with the updated metallic finish to the daleks, and head moulding in base colour.
The biggest complaint I have is them not painting the cardigan onto Capaldi’s shirt. Surely this would not be an unaffordable cost? I don’t need the mould updating. Here’s hoping he retains the red inner lining.
P.S I remember it as a cardigan, not a waist coat!
Radburn
August 28th, 2026 - 12:52pmI’m wondering what the V stands for on the packaging? I’m also wondering if all the daleks are metallic as they all seem to have a shine on them?
David Minter
August 28th, 2026 - 1:40pmIf I had to hazard a guess, the V2 is shorthand for Version 2.
Radburn
August 28th, 2026 - 1:51pmYeah, that was what I was thinking
The Maelstrom
August 28th, 2026 - 11:51amThe two metallic Paradigm are smashing – shame they didnt put them together.
pupbenny
August 28th, 2026 - 12:26pmIt looks to me like they’ve made all of them metallic, no?
The Maelstrom
August 28th, 2026 - 1:08pmNot sure about the yellow and orange version Pup.
Neil
August 28th, 2026 - 11:48amDon’t think I will be buying any of these sets this year, with the (possible) exception of the 12/Missy set when it’s inevitably shelf warming and the price goes down. The only reason is due to me never buying any of the original Capaldi figures as I found the likeness terrible, but this one bears SLIGHTLY more resemblance, I think – maybe due to revised paint app? But overall, a pretty poor wave.
Dan
August 30th, 2026 - 5:56amThe major problem with 12 is they don’t give him the essential bushy attack eyebrows.
The Bloke from UNCLE
August 28th, 2026 - 11:44amThe Paradigm are a bit of a paradox for me; I think they look genuinely terrible on-screen.
Mainly that is because they look like gigantic toys, which ipso facto makes them look great as toys. The same sort of non-Dalek shape that makes them an easy miss on the telly gives them, as toys, the same sort of charm that a Dapol or Louis Marx Dalek has.
Having said that, I think I’ll skip these. I was tempted by a red and blue metallic Dalek in the same sort of colour scheme as seen in Asylum of the Daleks. These seem to be the same bright shade as the Victory Daleks, but with a metallic sheen that doesn’t match anything you see on screen.
War Chief
August 28th, 2026 - 1:01pmI love the Paradigm Daleks….they look completely bonkers….!
mick
August 28th, 2026 - 11:30amNot due until mid October now
booboo
August 28th, 2026 - 11:31amare there prices yet?
Mr Dalekinator
August 28th, 2026 - 11:42amOf course it wouldn’t be in September at all, absolutely typical of B&M’s business.
If only I have an army of real Daleks to take over B&M business, then everything would be so much better.
War Chief
August 28th, 2026 - 1:02pmCrap…
But delayed release dates for Dr Who toys is somewhat familiar, over the years…
mick
August 28th, 2026 - 2:18pmDaleks sets are £26.99 and the doctor 2 packs are £21.99
Richard
August 28th, 2026 - 11:20amThe Amy and 11th Doctor set is very weird since the original figures can still be bought for very cheap online.
It’s interesting that the Paradigm Daleks aren’t tied to any story in particular although the lack of a Supreme makes me wonder if they’re doing a Victory of the Daleks set with it and an “Ironside”.
I haven’t watched Series 8 in a while but I don’t recall Capaldi ever wearing a white shirt without a waistcoat.
Not really a great line up to be honest.
War Chief
August 28th, 2026 - 1:04pmThe Ironside is rather conspicuous by its absence….
I think you’ve pegged it, next year a White Supreme and an Ironside Dalek box set…
Vladnag
August 28th, 2026 - 11:09amHonestly not a bad lineup considering we have the CO Exclusive lineup for the more interesting bits, I feel they’ve mostly reached the end of what they can do with B&Ms budget so having a chance for casual fans to get into Doctor Who figures is always a plus!
I’m going to grab them all just to get the heads with the new face printing technology, and i’m surprised by how much I like the Paradigm Daleks considering they where the ones I was least excited for.
My only change would be giving the 12th Doctor his second screwdriver, it may not be accurate to the episode but it’s hard to find and can go for the price of a B&M set on it’s own!
Mr Fish
August 28th, 2026 - 11:04amOverall I am disappointed by this wave. Presumably the Twelfth Doctor is still a little too tall versus the other figures? Plus he is still missing his waistcoat! Waistcoat-gate continues! I do like the Daleks and will buy them. It a shame we couldn’t get a repainted Amy rather than the police uniform.
I understand that these are B&M budget sets but I wonder how desirable the two packs will be. These are figures that are generally easy to find on the second hand market. To guarantee good sales, surely a safer option would’ve been a highly sought-after set as was Revenge of the Cybermen? Like three Earthshock Cybermen for instance? I’d be open to Classic or New Who.
It is hard to feel excitment for this wave when we are also getting some absolutely fantastic online exclusives this year, with plenty of new characters and tooling. Again, I know these are budget sets and are not comparable to the online exclusives, but at this point are they enhancing the figure range? I don’t feel they are showcasing the amazing work CO does and what they are capable of. These need to sell well for B&M and much of that rests on releasing a sought-after product.
I’ve been collecting all of the B&M sets since 2018. It pains me to suggest if they’re going this way then it’s perhaps time for the B&M line to wind down. They’ve had a great run.
War Chief.
August 28th, 2026 - 11:17amThis one is not too tall, Mr Fish….I know what you mean, the later ones irritatingly were (red jacket etc), but this was part of the original Peter Capaldi’s with four different shirt colours, that were the right size…
RobW
August 28th, 2026 - 11:32amWell, you might get your wish as it’s rumoured these are the last B&M sets.
Maybe they’ve gone for Nu Who as they either sell, new person who works on the line likes that era, B&M have said they want them, classic is heavy on the collect and build or a combination of all of them.
Radburn
August 28th, 2026 - 2:20pmWell I certainly hope not! There are still several Dalek variant 2-Packs that I want in this HOTD Series. I still want a White Supreme Paradigm, Ironside, Defence Drone (Red & Blue), Reconnaisance, Stengos & I’m sure there are still a few more…
Gareth Pugh
August 28th, 2026 - 3:43pmRadburn, sadly we’ll never get some of those (Defence Drone, Reconnaissance, Stengos) via the B&M relationship – they involve brand-new sculpting and tooling and we know that’s out of the question now. But they probably *could* do the two Defence Drones as a £45 online exclusive as part of 2027’s range (Al has been suggesting there’ll possibly be another build-a-figure or collect-and-build something next year) as it’s one sculpt with two, fairly slight, paint-tweaks…
War Chief.
August 28th, 2026 - 7:09pmNow you’ve made me want an Arthur Stengos Dalek….
I’ve wanted the Davros with the swivelling head for decades…!
Sime
August 28th, 2026 - 10:38amI don’t have an 11 figure so will be getting that set and the Paradigm Daleks. Already have a Missy (in black) and 12 but might pick them up too for the purple Missy and 12s sonic.
The Division
August 28th, 2026 - 10:33amGreat opportunity for those who missed all these the first time round. Selfishly, I am so pleased these are all re-releases so I do not have to get involved with the chaos of B&M.
Mark Belsom
August 28th, 2026 - 10:31amNothing for me this year, save my money for the CO Vortex sets.
War Chief.
August 28th, 2026 - 10:30amAs there doesn’t seem to be a B&M store within a million miles from where I live, can these be ordered online from Character Options, like the other Dr Who stuff…?
Gareth Pugh
August 28th, 2026 - 10:58amNo and they never have been in the case if B&M sets, the deal B&M have with CO is for them to only be available through them (B&M commission and pay CO to make these so they get to call the shots) and although they experimented for one year a while back doing online ordering – then stopped it – B&M don’t do anything but in store sales. eBay might be your best bet or find a friendly fan who might try and get you sets and post them to you if you cover their p&p?
War Chief.
August 28th, 2026 - 11:15amEbay then I guess, at least for the Daleks….I have a Peter Capaldi Doctor (black polka dot shirt) and not really bothered about Matt Smith one…
RobW
August 28th, 2026 - 11:34amThere is a lower run of these figures this time as well, perhaps because too many shelf warmers over the years
War Chief
August 28th, 2026 - 1:06pmJust remembered a friend (but not a fan) who lives in Barking…
There’s a B&M there, surely…?
Gareth Pugh
August 28th, 2026 - 2:56pmWar Chief – there is, in the basement of the main shopping centre, and the definitely do get (or in recent times, have got) the HotD sets in.
Mr Dalekinator
August 28th, 2026 - 10:06amCan’t wait not to finding those daleks in Gloucester’s Absolutely Dalekless B&M store again but at least I will be starting with Cheltenham this time, Ho ahahahaha!
RobW
August 28th, 2026 - 10:23amBoth B&M stores in Gloucester tend to get them in stock 4-5 days before Cheltenham do. Lydney is a waste of time now. Worcester centre I’ve never seen them in store, South Worcester store I’ve not seen them either for years and Evesham store has them
Mr Dalekinator
August 28th, 2026 - 11:39am@RobW I had been in Gloucester’s B&M on both of every morning and evening time near where I work for over five weeks since live map was put on this website on the first two weeks later, and I never ever saw any doctor who sets from the last wave on the shelf at all!
And then out of all suddenly, I hear Cheltenham B&M actually restock one of those sets twice, TWICE! While Gloucester still hasn’t got em in the stock at all! I have to rely on transports to get there from my home but in the end, I decided to gave myself a shot to Cheltenham in late evening after my work on a train and I couldn’t forget how joyful I was when I saw those sets in Cheltenham B&M.
Too bad about your near B&M never have any doctor who sets in but I do know what it feel like to be painful in a Dalek’s arse when you hear some other B&M stores far away from your area got them in and your near B&M never have any.
At least I already have my plan B to do this damn hunting again this year.
Rhys
August 28th, 2026 - 10:03amWhere’s the white paradigm dalek, shame not to finish the lot.
War Chief.
August 28th, 2026 - 10:12amLooks like he couldn’t make it….
Pity there’s not an Ironside Dalek to go with…
ChrisK
August 28th, 2026 - 10:03amI know Jon Culshaw is playing the 12th Doctor for Big Finish, nice of CO to give him his own action figure, cause that looks nothing like Capaldi!
Missy
August 28th, 2026 - 10:00amThe asylum are beautiful, I wonder what happened to the white one.. should have made a three pack. Or just a 5 pack would have looked wonderful.
The rest are very underwhelming.
M
August 28th, 2026 - 10:00amFantastic line up! Love all of these 🙂
War Chief.
August 28th, 2026 - 9:54amLove the Paradigm Daleks…! By far the best thing about Matt Smith’s first season of Dr Who….
That and his new Tardis console room…
TheSupremeOne98
August 28th, 2026 - 9:53amDefinitely a disappointing line up for this year. I feel like this is a sign they’re pushing all the good stuff down the character online exclusive route
Gareth Pugh
August 28th, 2026 - 12:50pmThey have to. Al Dewar of CO has made it pretty clear for a while now that the budget set by B&M no longer allows for very much resculpting at all, just paint app tweaks or a new Dalek gun stick (like in the recent 9th and 13th Doctor HotD sets) to create new variants. If it’s going to be anything genuinely new, it will be via the CO direct to consumer route at more like £44.99. It’s just the economics of it.
Prototype Dalek
August 28th, 2026 - 9:45amCertainly an interesting lot, daleks seem to have been given a colour scheme in-between victory and asylum colours
Gareth Pugh
August 28th, 2026 - 12:55pmI thought that too – I notice that whilst the packaging doesn’t name the episode (Asylum of) this time, they do say New Paradigm V2 – which, like you say, combined with the metallic/pearlescent paint on the yellow Eternal and orange Scientist, points to them having deliberately gone for a sort-of ‘what if?’ variant, as though they were imagining what other New Paradigm Daleks might have looked like given the same metallic look as the Drones and Strategists got in Asylum. Quite clever bit of ‘variant-ing’ by CO there.
David Butler
August 28th, 2026 - 9:44amThey look cool shame about twelve not having his waistcoat
Pertwee’s Pyjamas
August 28th, 2026 - 9:43amHow disappointing. Would have preferred new figures.
Mac
August 28th, 2026 - 12:24pmIt’s modern B&M. There won’t be new figures, just repaints and small changes
HS
August 30th, 2026 - 9:34pmWe do have new figures. The online Character Option exclusive ones. These ones are part of the budget line.
