New Doctor Who B&M Sets Due September / October

Character Options is thrilled to announce a fresh new drop of exclusive Doctor Who figure sets, arriving on shelves at B&M stores across the UK later this year. Following a blockbuster year of multiple releases for Doctor Who collectors, this autumn wave introduces four brand-new limited-edition sets, presented in the iconic 5.5-inch (14cm) scale and finished in premium Gold Seal packaging.

Exact landing dates will be confirmed shortly, but fans and collectors are advised to keep a close watch on their local B&M shelves from early September.

The autumn 2026 line-up includes:

The Twelfth Doctor & Missy Two-Figure Set (Ref: 08537)

You can see a picture of this item in its packaging at www.ebay.co.uk

Relive the dramatic tension of Series 8 with this dynamic duo. This five-piece set features the commanding and deeply principled Twelfth Doctor, portrayed by Peter Capaldi, alongside his most unpredictable nemesis: Missy, the first female incarnation of the Master. The Doctor is depicted in his classic attire and comes complete with his Sonic Screwdriver. Missy is dressed in her signature maroon tunic and long skirt, accompanied by her black umbrella and personal device accessory.

The Eleventh Doctor & Amy Pond Two-Figure Set (Ref: 08538)

Fans were able to celebrate a bold era of time travel with the fan-favourite Eleventh Doctor and his popular companion, Amy Pond. This limited-edition set captures the playful yet deadly serious incarnation of the Time Lord in his memorable, red-striped shirt and bow tie, carrying his famous Sonic Screwdriver. Amy Pond is depicted in her infamous police uniform, exactly as seen in her debut episode, The Eleventh Hour.

History of the Daleks: Paradigm V2 Set 1 (Ref: 08535) & Set 2 (Ref: 08536)

Collector demand remains high for the History of the Daleks series, and this wave delivers two distinct sets based on the purebred Dalek hierarchy created by the ancient Progenitor devices.

Set 1 (Paradigm Dalek V2): Features the blue Strategist Dalek, built for military campaign planning, alongside the orange Scientist Dalek, responsible for tech research and biological weaponry.

Set 2 (Paradigm Dalek V2): Features the sleek, red, metallic Drone Dalek, the essential foot soldier class that later rose to serve as field officers, and the yellow Eternal Dalek a foundation member of the new Paradigm

These highly detailed, limited-edition releases offer the ultimate way for fans to expand their treasured Doctor Who collections.

The thing is War Chief some of the sellers are pre-order only which suggests that these individuals are just waiting to pounce on B&M stores and clear their shelves, so until we see them on the shelves I doubt some eBay sellers will have these yet either. So it’s just a waiting game at the moment we might not like it but we just have to be patient until they start arriving in stores. One seller on eBay War Chief are selling them Daleks over £100 for one set. But some are around £50 – £60 but pre-order only those are the ones I think are waiting to clear shelves. They will be taking these orders so they will know how many sets they will need to send out to those poor souls that are been ripped off. Me personally I would rather wait for B& M getting them in then pay ridiculous over the odds for them. If eBay is a last resort wait as overtime these sellers realise that they are not selling and reduce their prices.

What was the last B&M set to almost instantly sell out? It’d be one from 2022 wouldn’t it? Since then they normally end up on eBay going for less than RRP, although whether that’s down to fans giving two fingers to the scalpers or to the series itself is still up for debate. (Not a debate I’ll be partaking in, mind).

Ian: That’s Mick who works for B&M.

My prediction- Since all new Doctor Who sets are still haven’t come out in most of B&M stores (very obviously that would happened), I still wouldn’t be getting some Dalek sets until around November time because I am in the south UK so once the north UK are getting all new Doctor Who sets, it going to be take a very while until it eventually hit the south UK so I am not going to be surprised if I am actually got that right as always…. :-/

So much of the “official” September, they said eh.

It was never officially September. And they are going to North and South at the same time.

      October 12th, 2026 - 7:49pm

@Tri according to mick’s comment just recents that they are not coming out all the way until early November (exactly like I predicted so, I’m not trying to be funny at all!). If I know better with my experience, there would be a live map on this website once some of those sets are beginning to come out eventually.

@kev try to tell that to somebody on magazine issue #634 about September being never an official one. Also that’s a bit not accurate from what I seen on a live map from few years ago as it shown the north does always get them first before the rest of them are coming down to the South.

Unless B&M has decided to playing a Monopoly game and just reverse it, perhaps?

I can’t help but feel that the figure sets are going to be choking up shelves for a while if they are indeed raising the prices. I’ll certainly be skipping them, particularly with the Daleks crossing 50 quid alone. It feels weird remembering that these sets started out at 15 quid each and barely sold. After the scalpers started attacking, it’s just getting worse and worse, and now we don’t even get TARDISes for our woes

My gut feeling Theodore is that the Daleks will sell better than the figures…

Once again, the world has changed significantly in the last years. Costs to manufacture and ship these have spiralled. The prices cannot stay the same as they were or manufacturers will simply have to stop making them as they won’t make a profit. As to the price of the daleks, well it features two figures. So £25 each which is comparable to the price of a single figure release in say, the star wars range. These figures are not expensive. They are what they cost.

      October 11th, 2026 - 10:12pm

Who said anything about them being overpriced? Just that the price rise alone is enough to put people off

    • Andy

      October 12th, 2026 - 12:06am

I think the price is fair for the Dalek sets considering these were around £12.99 each when they were out first time around and that was about 15 years ago now. So these are just around the the same price as they were back then and we are getting two Daleks in each set. So am not gonna crumble at the price. I would rather pay £26.99 than £50 – £100 on eBay.

    • Kev

      October 12th, 2026 - 2:04pm

The B&M dalek sets were not around 15 years ago!!!

    • Andy

      October 12th, 2026 - 3:23pm

Yeah I know Kev, B&M wasn’t but Character were in other retailers like Toys r us or specialist sci- fi shops all the figures back then were just single figure on their own prices were from £9.99 to £12.99. They were also a few box sets at around £29.99 – £49.99. Some eBay sellers are still selling them in their original new condition as they are rare now. I remember these Daleks as it said there were 5 to collect I remember them they were £12.99 each back then. So when B&M eventually get these in £26.99 is not a bad price as they is two in each.

      October 9th, 2026 - 8:01pm

In 2010, when these daleks first came out, there was a general election….
Much comment was made back then, that there was a red, blue and yellow dalek…!

    • Missyrules

      October 11th, 2026 - 9:38pm

Relax red, wasn’t having a go, just saying don’t stress over it as the world is bad enough without stressing over merchandise arrivals. We can do nothing about either the world being run by old ejits or (as a direct result of said old ejits) the uncertain nature of shipping goods these days.

      October 12th, 2026 - 11:29am

I was just asking if they were out in the shops yet so I could go on the hunt. (Unlike alot of people on here I enjoy the hunt and I don’t mind if it takes a couple of weeks hunting to get all the sets). I usually have a look while I’m on my Grocery runs?

Which set are you referring to and what’s the “RC option”?

All the paint styles are fresh. If you’re looking for “new” figures then most of the “V2” Paradigm Daleks haven’t been released before (except for the blue Strategist) and we haven’t had the hatless Missy in that colour of dress before.

That sounds about right as they were around £12.99 each the first time these were out about 15 years ago now. And we getting two in each set so £26.99 is about the same price as you would have paid for one back in the day.
