By his own admission, the Eleventh Doctor is a genius and a madman. He has the same sparking intelligence as his predecessors but it seems to be firing in every direction at once.

He has the curious innocence of a child mixed with the ancient wisdom of the centuries, and leaves everyone around him racing to keep up. He can seem clumsy and chaotic but only a foolish enemy would underestimate him. As always he has a powerful sense of right and wrong and a determination to do what’s right.

I got some ideas for a similar cyberman wave
First doctor and cyberman from tenth planet
second doctor with cyber controller from tomb of the cyberman or moon base cyberman
third doctor with cyberman hit by arrow or normal cyberman from the the five doctors
fourth doctor and cyberleader from revenge of cybermen
fifth doctor and cyberleader from earthshock
sixth doctor with controller or normal cyberman or cyberscout (with better repaint from the last scout) figure from attack of the cyberman
seventh doctor and cyberman from silver nemesis

I think some of those would require new tooling, and CO will only be sculpting new molds for the classic and 3.75″ ranges now 🙁

I know this is probably a little bit late to say but I heard that The Second Doctor and Emperor’s Guard Dalek from Evil of The Daleks Twin Pack was originally supposed to be a Power of The Daleks Dalek with the Removable Gun like The Fourth Doctor and Dalek from Genesis of The Daleks Twin Pack was and that The Second Doctor Figure’s trousers were meant to have the accurate pattern from Power of The Daleks.

      October 10th, 2014 - 6:23pm

wait there was a red dalek in the dalek master plan I never knew that

    • doctor what

      October 10th, 2014 - 6:26pm

There wasn’t, it was on the cover of an audio though. Also, there is a myth saying that black daleks were painted red to make them look better in black and white, don’t think it’s true though.

      October 10th, 2014 - 6:28pm

That’s why I suggested it. Much better than another black/grey/silver Dalek.

it would also be cool if they showed some of the old dr who episodes on bbc 1, to bring in more viewers…

Just got my Dalek at 20 to 8 today,I must say that it is amazing. Not the dalek mind you but a metallic verion of the paradgm is good in my books.

      Why

    • Dominic Kane

      November 6th, 2013 - 11:27pm

It just seems a bit pointless as in the dalek would of been better if they reprinted a bronze dalek all damaged like the asylum daleks or of done the oswin dalek with black marks and chains on it

    • Dominic Kane

      November 6th, 2013 - 11:27pm

Re painted sorry on my iPad has that auto correct thing

    • A New Dalek Paradigm

      November 7th, 2013 - 1:39am

Got to disagree with you on that. We already have bronze Daleks with the 9th and 10th sets and like them or not the Paradigm are Matt’s Daleks. The only other Dalek that could have been in this set was a metallic red Drone, which I’m hoping we will get at some point.

    • The Big Friendly Button

      November 7th, 2013 - 8:09am

I understand that but there is a problem. If they were to do a oswin dalek that would be the thrid bronze dalek in the entire wave. It is my understanding that the wave is designed so that each eleven incarnations of the doctor is paired with a specific dalek from their era and in this case the eleventh doctor faced the new paradgm.

    • A New Dalek Paradigm

      November 7th, 2013 - 6:15pm

Which makes it strange we never got an Imperial Dalek with the 7th set as those are the Daleks I most associate with McCoy.

    • 100000BC

      November 7th, 2013 - 6:33pm

Why put a chain onto an old figure that’s been re-released many times in different forms but essentially the same when there is a new variant? Anyone can get a metal chain and wrap it round a bronze Dalek, or if they really want to pull the guns and suckers off some (many of mine are already broken). A new re-painted variant is better than a variant that’s had bits taken off or something like a chain added on.

    • tardistakeoff

      November 29th, 2013 - 11:36pm

It appears that they’ve used the body and jacket from the original eleventh doctor figure and repainted it and put the head sculpt from the series six figure, which i must say is much nicer because the ball – jointed series six ones fell apart and snapped way to easy, I bought two or three of those and yet my one Matt smith figure from 2010 is still standing in mint condition!

For any one who’s interested I can’t recommend this set enough. Ok being a fan of the Paradigm I’m slightly biased but the new metallic finish is fantastic. Plus this will probably be the only Series 7 set we’ll get in the 5″ scale.
