My window boxed Liberty Angel turned up today from FP Com. It’s massive & quite heavy – But must have used a lot of vinyl to put together?

They’re all up on FP now, aside from Nine. They’re fairly expensive, but I’m still interested in them. I’d like to see how their sizes compare with other figures before buying any, though. 6.5″ is quite large, so hopefully they turn out well.

I emailed Titan about the 9th. Doctor & they said the release date had been pushed back, but that the figure will be listed for Pre-Order by the end of this month hopefully? Still can’t understand the size change – But deffo want a Liberty Angel & a 9th. Doctor…

I only asked about the Liberty Angel – But as they have now added the 9th. Doctor to the line-up I hope all 6 will be available?

Still strange though why they choose these figures in 6.5″?

I know!! Why do they make pointless characters when they could be making companions. This goes for cb too; Why do we need another doctors set when we could have a companions set??? I guess it’s because they are worried they will get it wrong and sales will do down I suppose?

How bizarre? They have only just got the ’11th Doctor – Set 1′ out of the way (Which the 11th Doctor figure is from) the ’10th Doctor – Set 2′ is due out 1/8/13 (Which the 10th Doctor, Tardis & Angel are from) due to be followed 15/10/13 with the ’50th 11 Doctors Set’ Strange they should change to a larger scale for these figures as the Liberty Angel is the only new one there?

because they are the most popular, and peoples favorites. and if there were no angels, then people would say “where are the angels”

    • Trenzalore

      July 7th, 2013 - 1:40pm

and they look aesthetically pleasing. What would you like 3 good figures or one bad figure?

  • Rooners

These are ‘cute’ as 3 inch toys…not sure about 6.5 inches tho…that said, an 8 inch Liberty Angel would look along side the 3 inch Doctor

8 inch Liberty angel would look almost proportionate next to a three inch Doctor.

Wow, was not expecting the statue at all! If these are not blind boxed, I think I might get the 10th & 11th Dr due to their increased size.

I don’t collect the titan sets (to much money for something you can’t really do much with) but more of these seem to be popping up like mini waves and stuff so if it’s not too much trouble could someone make a list of what we have so far and next to them could you write if they have been released. It would be greatly appreiciated, 🙂 🙂

Oh, cool. I’ve always liked these, but they’re too expensive to be blind-boxed. I might get one or two of this wave (it’s separate from the rest, right?), since there are so few and I really like them all.

I’m assuming these aren’t blind-boxed. 6.5″? That’s pretty big… Might get the 11 one, but would prefer him in his series 7 clothing.

They do intrigue me… 6.5″ is about the same size as a 30cm ruler. Thinking of it in the perspective, this are pretty neat! I liked the look of them in the smaller size but I refuse to buy the blind-boxes for something so expensive!

I am hoping they simply release the eleven Doctors set at a whole… knowing my luck I’d get eleven Tennants!

Sam – You may need to go back to school 30cm is 12 inches (1 foot) where do you get your rulers from? heh heh

    • Sam Bentley

      July 7th, 2013 - 9:58am

I looked it up, maybe the internet is wrong. Ahaha! I’m not good at maths, I just typed into Google ‘6.5″ in cm’ and it came up with ‘almost 30cm’ so I just went with that. I’ve looked it up again, and you’re right, it is actually only about 16.51 cm, which is still really big for something like these!

I feel rather silly now, but it isn’t my fault. I blame Google.

Although 6.5” is actually fairly close to 15cm which is the length of most small rulers, so its not that far off.
