I’ve always quite liked In the Forest of the Night. I understand why some don’t but to me it worked quite nicely.

Flatline, easily one of Capaldi’s best.

‘Flatline’ is my favourite story in this book. The series 8 finale didn’t work for me. The Cybermen are the worst they have ever been in that particular story. It was a complete reworking of Kit Peddler’s original idea of what creates the Cybermen. They became more of a fairy tale fantasy creation.

Last Christmas now in Issue 72 with Magicians Apprentice/Witch’s Familiar. Then issue 74 has Under the Lake/Before the Flood and theGirlWho Died (but not the Woman Who Lived- that’s ina later Issue)

I think the original intention was to stop at the end of Series 8 and omit Last Christmas.
