Is it a coincidence that 186 Skithra Queen and 187 the master come together in this Parcel as both are going out living together in real life

Not overly impressed with the sasha Master. Not much likeness there, maybe thats the one to improve on face wise before release. The rest are quite outstanding.

Why haven’t we had a Missy figurine yet I think she should’ve came out ages ago considering she was first seen in 2014 come on Eaglemoss I need her figurine and the Geoffrey Beevers master I know he’s the same one as Pratt but if we can have more than to Davros Varients so why can’t we have Beevers too I’m not complaining though

I love how Sacha Dhawan and Anjli Mohindra’s figurines are coming out around the same time – something for the couple to look forward together 😀

With the collection becoming subscription only (so not available at newsagents) what does that mean for Australian fans. Is delivery to Australia changed on top of the 8 pound per issue, and how much will that be?

While appreciating your problem, asking a site that’s not anything to do with the distribution of the magazine is a bit strange 🙂

If you haven’t contacted customer services, there are details on the inside front cover. But I’d maybe contact [email protected] too.

Is anyone else really hoping for another extension or is that just me? They’ve got a tonne of rare Dalek variants, standard Dalek and Cyberman variants, original aliens/monsters/cyborgs/robots, Doctor variants, Master variants, Time Lord variants, companions and companion variants, TARDIS consoles and TARDIS exteriors left to do.

I don’t mean any of that in a negative or demanding way at all it’s just I absolutely adore this collection, and show obviously, and they still have a wealth of ideas and possibilities left open to them. Eaglemoss/Hero Collector have exceeded my expectations and surpassed my wildest dreams with this collection and I genuinely wholeheartedly hope it can continue for a very long time. The work the team puts into this collection is incredible and they do such an amazing job. Whatever happens, extension or no extension, I am excited to see what the future holds for the Doctor Who Figurine Collection. ❤️

they can carry on as long as they want to as far as I’m concerned but there has to come a point i suppose, its gone way beyond expectations.

I hope the collection continues beyond issue 200 too. I agree with you, there are many more characters and creatures and variants to sculpt! (Hint: Terileptil Android..)

However, I for one will need to discover the Time Lord’s secret of dimensional engineering, because I’m really running out of space to display these figurines! I’m wondering whether EM may be able to source some dimensionally transcendental shelves for display…

I’m hoping the regular collection continues up to 2023 for the 60th anniversary. Hopefully covering as many of the stories as possible. Then perhaps as an infrequent release of boxed figures for as long as the televised adventures continue.

At the very least, the set so far has produced a much much bigger set than they planned for. 70 or 80 figures has quickly grown into an “I don’t have any more display room/some of my collection are still in their boxes”. I’m going to have to devise a way of creating a virtual art gallery for my collection.

It’s looking likely to end on 200. 3 more Rare Daleks to go too though.

Saw that they are no longer sending issues to Newsagents and those customers have a note asking them to subscribe along with saying it is extended to 200.

I can see them stopping but continuing with sets online. A bit like what they do with the companion/timelord sets. Maybe 3 packs or 2 packs featuring monsters of 1st Doctor and so on… for those wanting more.

So June 2021 could be the end with the Watcher as that has been hinted as the final figure by Neil I believe.

      August 20th, 2020 - 10:31pm

I don’t mind if the main collection ends at 200.
As long as they carry on with the packs and specials
Won’t be content until all the characters (within reason) have been made.

Lets hope not. That could mean the moment has been prepared for…the final Issue. Unless theres a magazine regeneration and a new beginning to keep this range going.

    • Neil Corry

      August 22nd, 2020 - 11:14am

If the last issue is #200, we’d like to do the Watcher, just because it feels sort of appropriate. That’s the plan, however, and plans change.

I have a suspicion the Watcher looks fairly easy to replicate as a figurine but will be one of those that’s a right pain in the proverbial.

Great – hopefully 3 more Rare Daleks then…unless they do 2 daleks and another stand.

    • daz

      August 19th, 2020 - 9:56pm

Neil already confirmed 3 more Rare Daleks a while back.

      Due with 180, 190 and 200.

      August 20th, 2020 - 3:28pm

If you get the classic subscription does the Rare Daleks come with it?

    • daz

      August 20th, 2020 - 8:05pm

David. Had to look up what you meant by ‘Classic Subscription’.

Answer is no I’m afraid as long term subscribers have paid £1 more per issue which goes towards the cost of the Rare Daleks/Gold Stands and was a perk for subscribing in the beginning.

They have called it that to differentiate it from the full subscription service.

Will be interesting to see what pose they’ve chosen for this figurine sculpt. I thought the pose used for the Anthony Ainley Master was superb. Sacha’s Master portrayal was terrific.

Any chance of a figurine of the Terileptil Android? Or a figurine of the First Doctor emerging from a Dalek from the Space Museum? Damaged Cyberman from The Five Doctors?

      Fingers crossed.

I hope in the show we eventually find out that he is an earlier incarnation. I still think he suffers from the ‘never-ending drumb beats’ due to his portrayal.

I also like idea of Missy being the final version of the Master. Killed by a previous self due to her finally standing with the Doctor and becoming ‘good’.

When Missy does finally arrive i,d like the Mary poppins descent or the hand on hip with brolly in other hand pointed down.
