Idris, The Doctor, Ganger Doctor and The Astronaut from wave 2a…
Idris from wave 1 left and wave 2 right. Although the wave 2 figure came with 5 cubes it is still marked wave 2a on the packaging, it has a more matt finish (especially the hair ) than wave one although this doesn’t show in the image.

August 19th, 2011 - 1:43pmThe more of the 5″ figures that are released and the weird waves (still no Rory but now 3 versions of Idris???) I’m now more looking forward to the character building stuff than these figures.
With the addition of the excellent playsets I think if more Who building sets were released I’d spend my money there instead. Anyone else feel the same?

August 19th, 2011 - 2:07pmI still personally prefer the 5″ range, even if they have been a little odd lately with delays/releases/waves (I like the size and the detail for the relatively small outlay).
I see where you’re coming from though, and the CB stuff has been pretty good, with the exception of the frustrating impossible-to-get-unless-rich super-rares (which is possibly why I am still slightly hesitant with the line).

Is the mask just a White plastic because it doesnt look like a ganger do you think it look anygood booboo
There is proboallly going to be another any pond because of the mask isnt there
Why are the wave one and two the same except for iris because it is obvious everyone will get the five cube one so why didn’t they just change the rest of the series
The ganger doctor doesn’t look like a ganger as it is White instead of a sort of cream colour
When are there out as some collection pictures already have it.

When it says uncle and amelia flesh mask or somethign it means the flesh mask fits amelia and makes her into a ganger.
I guess CO thought we would like packets of goo with out figures

August 18th, 2011 - 6:39pmthe flesh sachets are what are in the flesh goo pods except less. flesh masks are made like the silurian masks, they sort of fit on and thats it. uncle comes with a young amelia flesh mask(to make you buy more figures). the astronaut comes with an amy one and idris comes with a river one. the difference between wave a and b is the fact that idris comes with 4 more mood cubes(or as we can see)
