Dalek Sec
June 21st, 2014 - 3:27pmThis is the best thing CO has released all year!!!! 😀 This is a very wise choice for CO. I hope the 12th doctor in his actual outfit, Clara, and a series 7 Cybermen will be released in 5 inch too.
Babyface
June 21st, 2014 - 3:05pmCan’t underground toys make the 5 inch figures and character options make 3.75 inch figures? Then it’s a win win all around!
Nicholas
June 21st, 2014 - 3:14pmCharacter make them for UT
Introducing John
June 21st, 2014 - 1:58pmThis set is just what everyone has been waiting for. After the 3.75 range came in I just stopped buying figures but this set may be the start of the return
booboo
June 21st, 2014 - 1:59pmif you believe what we read this is the end of it – going out with a very short but big bang
alexanderop
June 21st, 2014 - 2:14pmThat would be a shame for them not to go out with at least the 12th doctor in his actual costume, so we will have all the doctors.
booboo
June 21st, 2014 - 2:17pmstill might, this doesn’t mean we have seen everything
itdalek
June 21st, 2014 - 3:32pmBonobo when al dewar said it’s going out with a bang does he mean no more 5 figures completely or the furthist point for figures in the series for this scale?
booboo
June 21st, 2014 - 3:59pmNo idea
Pigbin Josh
June 21st, 2014 - 4:18pmPerhaps he means he is leaving CO and this is the last product he will have made (or whatever he does for the figures)?
alexanderop
June 21st, 2014 - 4:23pmI think I would be fine if they finished off with a 12th doctor in costume and Clara twin pack.
Dalekmus Prime
June 21st, 2014 - 6:07pmI think a good way of finishing off would be with a Series 7 set, with Clara, a Hedgewick’s World Cyberman, Grand Marshall Skaldak, and a Whisperman with a swappable Dr. Simion head. Just to finish off the Doctor’s first set of regenerations.
Dalekmus Prime
June 21st, 2014 - 6:07pmThat is, the era of the adventures of the first “thirteen” Doctors.
Charley Pollard
June 21st, 2014 - 1:41pmWe need Clara and a figure Of Charley Pollard
Dalekmus Prime
June 21st, 2014 - 6:08pmAnd/or maybe Lucie Miller…
Jamie
June 21st, 2014 - 1:40pmThis looks brilliant! According to a reliable person elsewhere it is one figure with three heads and two swappable waistcoat pieces.
ice warrior
June 21st, 2014 - 1:43pmYeah but i am not happy about the colour of the coat!
Nicholas
June 21st, 2014 - 2:22pmThe coat is the correct colour. It looks browner in the show because of lighting
Its Smaller Outside
June 21st, 2014 - 2:30pmI’d have thought it was two figures because one has a bow tie and the other doesn’t 😀
Dalekmus Prime
June 21st, 2014 - 6:09pmLooks like this is the case.
ahunter8056
June 21st, 2014 - 8:22pmNo, it is just likely that the bow tie is removable. The description states that it includes one figure with two additional heads. The first two bullet points give that away.
booboo
June 21st, 2014 - 8:25pmthe bullet points are based on the description and the picture (that’s our own wording )
the official description above the image does not even mention the 12th doctor
the shirt as also different so it cant just be a bow tie
that fact is we just don’t know
alexanderop
June 21st, 2014 - 1:13pmThis is so incredible, over the moon at this. Anyone notice how the Capaldi likeness actually isn’t that far off from its 3.75 inch counterpart? I have mine here and it looks almost identical, even with the raised right eyebrow, but with lighter hair of course.
I wonder when it will go up for Pre-order, considering John Hurt went up for ages before his release. This’ll be released September right?
ThePixelatedDalek
June 21st, 2014 - 1:11pmIf handles is being released, a 5″ ‘New’ Cyberman is probably going to be released, If they’ve made handles they now have the sculpt for the head.
Mechanoid Fan
June 21st, 2014 - 1:04pmBooboo, if you think preorders will start after SDCC, when is SDCC? Want to know when to keep an eye out on FP. But I’ll keep checking anyway 🙂
Anonymous
June 21st, 2014 - 12:56pmI wonder how much they will make on this compared to characters makings on 3.75″ so far.
Handbot10
June 21st, 2014 - 12:54pmI might by more than one to customize another series 7b doctor! I made my own custom 11th doctor but it’s sucks mud compared to this. I’m totally going to buy this set!
DWFAN1
June 21st, 2014 - 12:35pmIs that regeneration under the doctors head
ZygonTerror
June 21st, 2014 - 12:27pmI think it will only be one body which comes with 3 heads, as the collars doesn’t meet like it would if someone were to wear a bow tie, which means that the bow tie can be removed and the shirt isn’t fully buttoned up for the 12th Doctor.
Explosive Cookie
June 21st, 2014 - 12:36pmLook just above the button on the 12th and 11th doctors shirts, they’re differant. One has a crease while one is fully buttoned up. I think this means there will be 2 figures with an extra old matt head.
Anonymous
June 21st, 2014 - 12:40pmIf it is one figure, which I think it is, it will probably have a Bracewell-like removable torso piece.
Nicholas
June 21st, 2014 - 12:45pmThe coat makes it seem that it would be difficult to remove a torso piece
Handbot10
June 21st, 2014 - 12:57pmIt will be 2 figures, 11th doctor and 12th doctor. There will be an old matt smith head that comes with it so you can swap heads.
ahunter8056
June 21st, 2014 - 1:42pmNo, it is definitely only one figure, with two additional heads.
If you read the description, it states:
“- 12th Doctor
– Young and “aged” 11th Doctor heads”
Therefore, that would mean that it is only one figure, with 2 additional heads, and presumably a removable bowtie.
Explosive Cookie
June 21st, 2014 - 4:37pmWell if the bowtie is removable, how would the shirt become creased like on the capaldi figure, as it is not on the Smith figure. If It is something like the Bracewell waistcoat panel surely they would of put “Interchangable collar pieces” in the accessories list. I still think it will be 2 figures.
ahunter8056
June 21st, 2014 - 8:24pmWell that is a fair point, and that is something that I did not notice up until now. Either way, the description states that it comes with one figure, and two additional heads. We’ll just have to wait and see for clear details. My bet is still only one figure and two heads, in order to save money.
Jdog
June 21st, 2014 - 12:05pmWell it’s nice to see that hope is not lost in new figures, and now we have this there will have to be a Series 8 Twelth Doctor figure.
Joe27157Productions
June 21st, 2014 - 11:42amThis is perfect!! The detail is fantastic! I shall be buying this. Since they are releasing 12th Regenerating, I’m hoping they will soon release a 5″ 12 in Costume! Theres more of a chance of it being released now! BooBoo, do you think they will release a 5″ Capaldi in Costume? & do you think they will release more one off 5″ Figures? 😀
booboo
June 21st, 2014 - 11:43amyes i think they will but not sure how
this opens the door to a future 13 doctors set
hayden7257
June 21st, 2014 - 11:53amI think they will probs just do one a 0year
Nicholas
June 21st, 2014 - 11:38amThis is why I don’t mind the change to the 3.75″ line. It means they have more time to spend perfecting 2 or 3, 5″ figures instead of giving us a half decent job on 7 or 8.
Updated Flight Control TARDIS, Clara and Costumed Capaldi (inevitable now) next, please 😀
Doctorwhorules1234
June 21st, 2014 - 4:39pmI agree
Scott
June 21st, 2014 - 11:37amI bet he box will look great, I’m imagining an Eleven Doctors style box but smaller 🙂

June 21st, 2014 - 10:59amHow about these variants…love for them to be real XD https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-xpa1/t31.0-8/10458968_724809520894827_3421997735350817346_o.jpg

June 21st, 2014 - 11:27amThose are brilliant!
TheWarDoctor
June 21st, 2014 - 11:34amI love them. Wish we could get 5″ back perma.
Exterminator
June 21st, 2014 - 10:54amSo is this 1 figure with 3 heads? (4 heads if you include Handles)
booboo
June 21st, 2014 - 10:56amwe don’t know
but i think its 2 figures and 3 heads
Nathanwho
June 21st, 2014 - 10:56am2 figure (12th and 11th)
with old 11th dr head
handles
sonic
walking cane
😀
Exterminator
June 21st, 2014 - 10:59amIt must be 2 figures, it’d be really hard to make a removable bow tie and open shirt on a action figure.
Exterminator
June 21st, 2014 - 11:04amI have to say, the old 11th looks amazing.
MrHalho
June 21st, 2014 - 11:14amIt looks a bit like there is a removable bowtie, therefore one body with 3 total doctor heads. However, it is unclear how many bodies/heasd there are.
MrHalho
June 21st, 2014 - 11:14amIt looks a bit like a removable bow tie.
stike
June 21st, 2014 - 12:17pmthere is a hole in the collar area on the capaldi pic, and the bow tie looks rather big, i think it is removable
ahunter8056
June 21st, 2014 - 1:43pmNo, it is definitely only one figure, with two additional heads.

booboo

Wholords2
June 21st, 2014 - 8:54amNow all we need is:
5″ Clara -preferably from day of the doctor
New cybie – they could reuse the handles head
ice warrior -possibly removable helmet
Zygon- maybe with the gallerfrey falls no more painting
12th doc in his costume
10th doc in with more articulation!!!!
Kate Stewart
The moment interface / bad wolf girl
And then I will be sooooo happy!!!
Nathanwho
June 21st, 2014 - 10:09ami think ur asking for too much!
the 5” figs are just spin offs…
the real things are the 3.75” figures now…
Scott
June 21st, 2014 - 11:53amI think at best we are going to get Capaldi in costume, still I would love to get a Clara figure and a Bad Wolf one but somehow I think that if we do it would be a very very long way away
obey the whispermen
June 21st, 2014 - 8:14amThe price in pounds is £20.00
Ian
June 21st, 2014 - 8:56amI reckon it will be £25.00.

Pigbin Josh
June 21st, 2014 - 10:24amI think it’ll be around the £25 mark, so I’d say it’ll be about £26.99 (like the ‘Victory of the Daleks set).

Nathanwho
June 21st, 2014 - 10:27amsorry, but… yeah
Yep its me
June 21st, 2014 - 3:06amno clara then? Ok fine 🙁
Lea
June 21st, 2014 - 7:56ami know!
i need a 5″ clara!
Trenzalore
June 21st, 2014 - 12:38pmI can’t see a Clara happening to be honest, since they’ve already made a 3.75″ one they probably won’t see the point in making another 3rd one but bigger. Plus new who companion heads never look right to me.
I could be wrong though and they do make one… ❓ 🙂
Whovian1500
June 21st, 2014 - 12:12amWill these be released in the UK too? Do you think the bow-tie will be clip on?
Doctorwhofan561

June 20th, 2014 - 10:47pmDo we think the glasses will be removable on the Aged 11 head?
Dalek1234
June 20th, 2014 - 10:58pmI think so because there are holes on either side where the glasses clip in so I would think so.
