For anyone interested, the K9 model is also available for free when you buy both of the resin Doctors packs from Warlord Games:

Is there a Dalek that quotes Shakespeare in there too?

I thought it might have Dalek peices. Like those from war of the Daleks game which came out in the 70s.

It would be nice for a game with Daleks in the title to include Daleks, but I’m sure their partner didn’t want to include the same Daleks as elsewhere.

Actually, looks like it does come with Daleks, and Davros abd the TARDIS

This board game is incomplete without the 13th Doctor on the box and being included as a playing piece.

The other Doctors (2-3, 5-10 and probably 13 when she is the current Doctor) will be included as expansions later on.

For those of you that don’t know this was co-made with Warlord Games, and if you just want the resin Doctor pieces you can buy them in two separate sets of three Doctors on their page at some point in December. They are the same 38mm scale as Warlord Games other products. You can see the two 11th Doctors side by side on facebook.

This was due out in April 2017 & keep’s constantly being put back. The website hasn’t been updated in months & they don’t respond to emails. The last Product mention was that they had changed the game’s format & lowered the price. Fed up being messed about with, so cancelled my Order!

I got the chance to play this at Birmingham Game EXPO and all The Doctors were on display in the shelf, I believe that they are all available to play as. Including the War Doctor.

Further to this: I’ve been told the first print run will have a sticker attached mentioning/identifying the K9 Figure & Card Promo

      IT’s RRP is £40.00.
Although i got it from boardgameguru, for 32.00,and still got the K9 promo.
It’s a great game as well

Yes, it’s original price was £50 before that was lowered; when they changed the game’s format from 6 players to 4 and reduced the Doctor’s to four instead of six. Obviously for future expansions? Was there a sticker on the box mentioning the K9 Promo?

    • Rikki Krystal

      November 15th, 2017 - 2:15pm

No there was no sticker on the box.
K9 is just in the first print run.

After contacting them month’s back, they told me at the time that the K9 Promo would just feature in the First Print run. This would have a sticker on the box mentioning the Promo they said. Obviously they didn’t have a clue what they were talking about?

Considering it’s costing £50 I’m certainly waiting for the price to drop before I fork out for it!

This looks cool but do you remember the days when board games were generally 90% Board. I can’t call this a board game. Sorry…

It was most likely a flipped image, like when we see Daleks with their weapons the wrong way round

Each individual piece of artwork is fabulous, but it feels like they thought that, so they’ve plonked about three different pieces together with a few fades. Pretty lazy. Day of the Doctor, Asylum of the Daleks and the general Series 5 TARDIS promo are all existing images. Then 12 has been added on top and his angling is all wrong. I might be being picky, but would have been nice for completely new graphics.

Do we have any idea how long afters the games release that the other Doctor expansions will be released, and in what format (e.g. one expansion for all the Doctor’s, or an individual expansion for each Doctor?)
