Doctor Who The Monster Makers Paperback

Available to order from www.amazon.co.uk

Collected from the pages of Doctor Who Magazine, join the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday as they continue their amazing adventures across time and space! Manchester, the year 2424 A.D., Ruby and the Doctor discover the corruption that lies beneath the city’s surface, and a club so good no one can ever leave.

Next, a trip to 1850s Copenhagen where they meet none other than author Hans Christian Andersen – but things take a sharp turn when Ruby is taken prisoner by a villainous ice queen! Then, Ruby and the Doctor land in a seemingly quaint town that is invaded by monsters over and over again… Also includes a full behind-the-scenes commentary section on the making of these amazing stories.

Wonder if this would include the one-off 14th Doctor story bridging the gap between ‘The Star Beast’ & ‘Wild Blue Yonder’

These have been £19.99 for several years now and the page count is roughly the same in each book at around 120-130. This book is no different to others published in the last few years.

Liberation of the Daleks come out only a couple of years ago and was about 100 pages for £13 Doctor Who: Cybermen – The Ultimate Guide had a page count is 224 for 19.99

Bbb, both of those examples are not in the same range. Liberation was a single story and cybermen the ultimate guide is not a graphic novel.

Yes but Liberation is still 100 pages for £13, not sure what your point is? If it’s about royalty payments these stories are mostly written and drawn by the same people and it’s all reprints so it’s not like they have to pay a million people

Costs have gone up, it costs a lot to reproduce colour artwork. Besides, most graphic novel collections of books with the dimensions (height and width) cost around £24.99 now so these are still cheap.

It’s the latest panini magazine strips book. Monster makers is a ncuti story so the book is presumably his first collection.
