It just seems like a lot of extra time and money to make 100 extra sets with different figures. Did it sell at the original price and did they announce that they were making a variant? I’m just curious.

September 25th, 2016 - 1:30pmCharacter never Confirmed this set one way or the other & it never came with a Gold Certificate like the other Super Rares. It was found by accident & as soon as people knew it was out there they all ended up on ebay. I seem to remember the first one sold for about £400? The figure of 100 seem’s to be correct. But it is probably even rarer now as a number of people broke the sets up & sold them individually. I should imagine there are about 75-85 complete sets around the world.
