Doctor Who Corruption of The Daleks

Available to order from www.amazon.co.uk

From the pages of Doctor Who Magazine, join the Fifteenth Doctor as he hurtles through time and space in this action-packed collection of comic-strip adventures! From a deadly game of ‘It’ on the planet Grey Grieving to battling a skeletal Ossurian at the Museum of Natural History, the Doctor faces thrills, chills and unexpected dangers at every turn!

Impish enemies, disco delinquents and spine-chilling spooks are bad enough, but there’s even worse on the horizon for the Doctor when he clashes with the Daleks in 1920s Paris. Drawn into a cabaret of shadows and secrets, he finds familiar faces and dabblers in the occult – and discovers his oldest, most deadly foes may have struck a deal with the devil!

War Chief – is that from Saward, that quote?

Saward, Resurrection of the Daleks novel….
I wish he’d stuck more to the tv version….particularly with Stein, Lytton, the Supreme Dalek and just about everything that happened on the space station….
But there are still some very memorable bits…

Just checked and it’s been £19.99 retail since the white dragon released in 2024. Liberation was cheaper but the multi story collections have been that price for two years now.

time dose pass and prices rise. but not that fast its only 128 pages the 2027 annual has the the same amount of pages in hard back and its only £15

    • Amypondfan

      June 29th, 2026 - 8:22pm

They are two entirely different things by two different companies. The annual is mainly text with photos the graphic novels are just that and when you look at the prices of graphic novels in general these are in keeping with the prices. The 2000AD graphic novels are the same size as these and they are around £20.

i worked as a printer for years and they are not that different to make if anything the hardbacks was a little more expensive .there is glossy which is a little more then matt and both of these are glossy aren’t they ? but you are right they are different companies and some want more then others and for graphic novels they do charge more

The adventures one is September and this is November. I imagine there will be an exclusive cover, they have done several now and a dalek exclusive cover will be a selling point.

Ha. it may well change. Books ETC says 4th of November,as Does Blackwells.

it’s odd so many different release dates. It will come when it comes. It will most likely become a Xmas pressie.

You should at least have bought the 500th issue of the magazine….
It had a wonderfully nostalgic comic strip….featuring 80s stuff like Stockbridge Village…Dogbolter….’poor Gus’…..
      Worth the admission price alone…!

      June 27th, 2026 - 12:12pm

Got the comic strip in these collections, its in the Highgate horror book.

    • War Chief.

      June 27th, 2026 - 12:49pm

Dogbolter and Gus were from 1984….
Stockbridge and the Sci fi chap everyone laughed at (alas, forgotten his name) from 1983….!
