Finally!! I feel like I’ve been waiting all my life for this figure!! I’m feeling quite excited because I wasn’t expecting this figure (in a good way!) as I was expecting series 8 and 9 characters, so I’m excited to see what they’ll surprise us with next…

So others could be Astrid; Rose in maid outfit, new Mickey, Cyberman (all 3 from Rise of the Cybermen); new Martha (The Lazarus Experiment)

Personally, a new donna would be fantastic, because we got 2 variants for each companion except for her

      Rose: Rose, New Earth
      Jack: The Empty Child, Utopia
Martha: Shakespeare Code, The Last of the Time Lords
Amy: Victory of the Daleks, A Christmas Carol
Rory: The Doctor’s Wife, Cold Blood
Clara: Asylum of the Daleks, and purple

It looks like the shirt is a separate piece. Maybe they plan to swap the jacket and shirt to make a normal suit variant?

The new arms and head could be put on a regular suit figure quite easily so I wouldn’t be surprised if they announced one

    • DoctorSong2016

      October 14th, 2016 - 8:06pm

It wouldn’t fit, the new arms are ball jointed.

      October 14th, 2016 - 8:13pm

Oh yeah forgot about that. But it is still possible to just do a sculpt tweak.

    • DoctorSong2016

      October 14th, 2016 - 8:48pm

They could literally just change the shirt and jacket and paint accordingly.

It’s kind of a kick to the balls that we finally get a Tennant with new articulation and it’s a Tuxedo one, but a lovely figure nonetheless.

Cmon guys…. geez… there is always someone… ITS A NEW FIGURE!! You should be happy not complaining. I’m not a huge fan of the 10th doctor or even this figure but I am so ecstatic that there are still figures coming and that we are still getting figures made.

  • Tenny

    October 14th, 2016 - 7:48pm

Considering the head, torso and possibly legs are all new sculpts, I’d be surprised if this wave didn’t have other new sculpts (like a 2013 Cyberman…)

Nice figure – if the 5″ line was still running strong.
Dreadful figure for a line that is struggling to the point where the basic figures aren’t selling – Daleks, 12th Doctor in red velvet, two obvious options to me. General buyers won’t even recognise this outfit, and as much as Collectors are important impulse buys could help rejuvenate the line – Daleks do that for kids…

Yes, but with higher prices and without high street distribution there would be little “because dalek” impulse buy anyway.
