I really want a 5 inch rc dalek so I can use them for figure adventures but I don’t know which one.
I really want a strategist dalek but the dalek battle pack looks nice but can’t find a good 1, I saw votesaxon07s review of a rc dalek sec and it looks nice
So basically what I’m asking is which 1 would u reccomend? And where can I get 1? I’d be happy with any 5 inch rc dalek though
    P.S. where can I get a 5 inch rc k9 aswell?

I think the general bronze dalek from the battle pack looks good as a default one to have. As for the RC K-9 , you will probably find one on EBay loose or maybe at a convention you will find a BNIB Tennant pack :D

    • The Bad Wolf

      March 2nd, 2015 - 8:28am

And you can get the bronze dalek on EBay loose or in the pack

Thx, I’ve seen loads of dalek battle packs, very cheap aswell, I still need to think if I should get an rc k9, it looks nice but I’ll try and get an rc dalek first, if theres money left over I’ll try and get an rc k9, thx 4 ur advice :-)

In the future when we get our 13th doctor I think they might play on that a bit …… With 13 being an unlucky number .

Eh, how so? Have him/her/it be a bit useless and clumsy?Because I think it’s about time we had another ‘useless’ Doctor who ultimately would save the day.

On the other hand, you could argue that Matt Smith was his thirteenth incarnation, and his Doctor was rather accident prone at times, and didn’t have the easiest of lifetimes.

Well 2013 was a good year, 50th and everything, lets hope he/she/it is a good actor/actress, It’ll be Moffat’s fault if he/she/it is a bad doctor

This week I bought a Series 3 Figure Set (Tesco one with Jack, Hal and Time Lord) for only £20. However, when it arrived yesterday I discovered the Time Lord’s head was turned to one side, and stuck there stiff. I’ve tried to move it, but it simply won’t turn at all. Is there any way I can fix this without damaging the figure?

That happened to me with my Destiny Daleks. I tried many things, but what seemed to work was getting the tiniest drop of water and then try and move it again. Yes it worked, but I don’t know if it’s always a good idea. I would just keep trying every now and then and hope it moves.

Would boiling water work? If it works to remove body parts by making them softer for a short time, maybe it would do just as well for moving body parts!

    • StetsonDoctor

      March 1st, 2015 - 8:49pm

Thank you both. I had thought about using boiling water, but wasn’t sure if it would work. I think I’ll have a go anyway…

    • Sam Richard Bentley

      March 1st, 2015 - 8:54pm

I’ve never done the process myself, but I can’t see why it wouldn’t work. Even if you removed the haed, and placed it correctly, when it gets cooler it should stiffen back to how it was pre-boiling! :)

The Silent Silent, my thoughts exactly as thats the only Ninth Doctor Variant that hasn’t been released, however I would like the official Figure to use fully articulated mould as opposed to the ‘Disco Dancing’ mould. It would be cool also if they packaged it in a Special 10th Anniversary style Blister Pack which was in a Holographic style blue, but I doubt it.

I hate to be negative, and I could be wrong, but from what I’ve seen of the item, and the fact you can’t resell it means you’ve been ripped off, mate. I don’t think what you bought was a genuine product. It certainly doesn’t look it… :/

    • doctor what

      March 1st, 2015 - 4:54pm

I think it might be genuine because the package was RTD era shaped and a series six Cyberman packaging shape was never made for RTD boxes if that makes sense.

    • Sam Richard Bentley

      March 1st, 2015 - 5:22pm

Yes, but all the Cybermen figures were the same size? Looks to me like they stuck a new Cyberman figure in an old plastic shell, then used recycled cardboard to create that back. Sorry, but it really doesn’t look genuine – has anyone even heard of this B&M range before?

This is probably a boring idea but id like to see a Special Editon of “Rose” with exclusive interviews, documentaries and just a few other extras which involved the building up to bringing back Doctor Who in 2005

    • WouldYouLikeAJellyBaby?

      February 28th, 2015 - 5:01pm

Yes, that or Twin Packs which could include the 4 New Series Doctors with a variety of Monsters, Repaints or Rereleases. I would like to see:

The Ninth Doctor (Holographic Non posed Variant) and New Mould Assault Dalek from The Parting of The Ways.
The Tenth Doctor in Blue Suit (EOT Head Sculpt) with Sonic Screwdriver and Andy Stone (Flood) from The Waters of Mars.
The Eleventh Doctor in Blue Shirt and Burgandy Bow Tie with Sonic Screwdriver and Cyber Leader with blank chest plate and Cyber gun from A Good Man Goes To War.
The Twelfth Doctor with Sonic Screwdriver and Rusty the Dalek from Into The Dalek.
