October 25th, 2012 - 11:32amThe word “Dalek” and their design is copyright to the terry nation estate – you cannot just use them, especially for commercial purpose.
The estate has to approve everything to do with them and you have to pay for that privilege via a licence. It may be the costs are to high for such a magazine.
