Brace yourself then… they’ve said they’re giving us new variant figurines of the Second Doctor (possibly issue 129) and the Eleventh this year too. Second Doc is apparently from his early episodes (probably with the hat and louder, baggier trousers), Eleventh is the long purple coat version from the end of his era.

that’s the problem with small scale figurines. another reason why there was no need to have the first doctor again.

They are doing alternate costumes so they might as well say they’ve done the David Bradley Doctor while they are at it.

Small scale figurines is no excuse for a poor sculpt. The miniatures that Warlord Games produce are a tenth of the size and look far more like the characters. I’ve given up on Eaglemoss. The monsters are usually ok but whoever sculpts their figurines just can’t do faces.

It’s the painting not the sculpting. The face sculpting is fantastic but it’s completely hidden by the painting. Take a look at the repainted ones.
