I like how everyone in the comments section (including me) is one-hundred percent nerding out and fantasizing about sets and figures that will probably never be made.

Note: I said PROBABLY. It would obviously be amazing if any one of these great ideas for figures and sets were created. 🙂

Ah, I am realy glad to see more whovians to talk to, me and my mate William are the only whovians in my school, so 198 people in my school don’t like doctor who.

What if they made an eleventh doctor memorial set 5inch with:

    11th doctor from JTTCOTT

    11th doctor with Santa hat

    11th doctor from the snowmen

And a premium version including all of that plus 2013 Tardis interior

    Normal=£25.99 Premium= £55.99

      June 29th, 2014 - 6:56pm

Good but maybe without of the Santa just have dr from jttcott the snowmen outfit (with hat and no hat and a swapper able top with bow tie and scarf like with bracewell) and then the doctor from the dr and dalek set with a red bow tie and the dr in a green jacket (Stetson and non Stetson) for fourth pounds. It could include x3 screwdrivers the ‘big friendly botten’ and a purple floppy coat and Amys glasses and maybe even bitty.

    • Doctorwhorules1234

      June 29th, 2014 - 8:06pm

That would be to much but thanks for the idea. What do you think about the Tardis

    • Davidscustoms11

      June 30th, 2014 - 9:11am

Do you work for UT or CO or are you making customs. And what’s wrong with the Stetson doctor or the Christmas doctor I think it’s a wonderful idea. It sounds like your going to make these but somehow it just sounds like someone making things up. I’m not trying to be horrible or something but it just kinda sounds like someone making action figure sets up

    • Doctorwhorules1234

      June 30th, 2014 - 6:20pm

Yes but I say “What if they made”. Just an idea but i see what you thought

    • Anonymous

      June 30th, 2014 - 6:43pm

We’ll it would be four figure with 1 excessory and 2 heads and the TARDIS is a no would be waaaay to much besides half of what I said half could be tweak and some we’re made but never produced(snowman dr) and lol @doctorwhorules1234 were just fantasising about mat smith sets! 🙂

    • Doctorwhorules1234

      July 1st, 2014 - 7:32pm

Yeah I was bored so I thought up a set that would be quite awesome.

      Maybe another set could be:

Night of the Doctor 2 pack

Ohila, member of the sisterhood and accurate Paul McCann figure from the same episode. Price would be £24.99

  • andrew smith

    June 29th, 2014 - 3:27pm

maybe also with the tardis set 5 inch is a time zone collection including

    libarey
    swimming pool
    old classic consle room
    wardrobe from the crismas invaision
    and 10th dr consle room

    £19.99

There wouldn’t be much point in another 11 the doctor in tweed as they pretty much released him from every series.

      June 29th, 2014 - 5:34pm

I wouldn’t mind if The Doctor was blue shirt red bow tie, since that’s my fave variant of that costume, but the only darn one they never released!

      As much as idlike those figures (apart from the aged 11th Doctor with sound effects, which is absolutely not needed), there are figures we need more than them, such as;

      5″ NIS Cyberman
      5″ CW Ice Warrior
      5″ TARDIS zombie
      5″ Whisperman
      5″ TCH Doctor
      5″ JTTCOTT Doctor
      5″ Vigil

    • joe gould

      June 29th, 2014 - 10:52am

      And grandfather and the hider.

    • Dalek1234

      June 29th, 2014 - 11:27am

ide also like a Rings Of Akhaten set with

the queen of years (merry) with crown accessory

      Vigil

      the mummy with see-through cage

      Clara With Bag And Leaf

(I CAN DREAM!) (OR COSTUM MAKE THESE FIGURES!)

    • The Twelfth Doctor

      June 29th, 2014 - 11:30am

Joe Gould, why would you want Grandfather? He’s just a big ball with a face. It would be a pretty boring figurine if you ask me,

    • Anonymous

      June 29th, 2014 - 1:22pm

We also need a five inch zygon from dotd and a five inch crooked man would be nice

I’d like one of those Spoonheads 😆

    • joe gould

      June 29th, 2014 - 3:23pm

Well number twelve, he is pretty scary and maybe they could put him in a see through cage that has a hidden button so that when you press it it looks like it shatters.

    • The Twelfth Doctor

      June 29th, 2014 - 3:46pm

What? When was Grandfather in a see through cage?

    • Trenzalore

      June 29th, 2014 - 3:53pm

It’s pretty obvious he’s simply confused the planet with the mummy – who being the alarm clock could also be called grandfather depending on different people.
@joe gould – good idea! – I think a Rings of Akhaten figure set would be great with all those background monsters

    • The Twelfth Doctor

I’m excited whether it’s Peter Capaldi, Clara or Thomas the tank Engine whose head fits on the top of this figure.

Makes me wonder if everything is actually going all right behind the scenes
      Hope so

Thomas the Tank Engine as the Doctor? I actually kind of want to see that (in a spoof or parody, mind you)…

Well obviousely there will be a capaldi figure because if there won’t be, then what is that up there!?

    June 25th, 2014 - 6:02pm

This is fantastic news! Now they just need to release a 5″ Clara from series 7. I mean why not? We need one and everyone is asking for one

I think the should do one last 5-inch New Series set to finish off the adventures of the first ’13’ Doctors, with:
      Clara
      Hedgewick’s World Cyberman
      Ice Warrior
Dr. Simeon/The Great Intelligence w/swappable Whisperman head.

Trouble is, it won’t be one last 5″ new figure set. We’ll say, “Oh, just one more,” etc.

We have to face the facts, we’re not getting another series of 5″ figures unless they restart 5″ for good. We’re just getting Doctors and Daleks every now and again and maybe, if we wish hard enough, companions and other major enemies. As for a new wave of figures, in the words of the War Doctor himself, “No more.”

    • Doctor Stu

      June 26th, 2014 - 6:52pm

Exactly, when the 14th doctor is revealed people will be saying oh we should get one more 5″ figure set to complete all the doctors

      Bit expensive for 1 figure…

    • Lior Knight

      June 25th, 2014 - 6:11pm

War Doctor RRP was $29.99 and only had 1 extra head and 1 accessory.

This one is $34.99 (only $5) for 2 extra heads, two chest pieces and 3 accessories (sonic, cane and Handles).

It really isn’t that much more expensive given what we get.

    • Trenzalore

      June 25th, 2014 - 6:14pm

A site called ‘Gallifrey Guardian’ (don’t know how trustworthy this place is, never been) says ‘The set will be available in both the UK and US, for £20.57 ($34.99).’ ❓

    • booboo

      June 25th, 2014 - 6:17pm

the SRP (or RRP) was clearly shown on the toy chest listing as $34.99 so anyone can use that

    • Trenzalore

      June 25th, 2014 - 6:19pm

Just about to say that, so where’s all these other prices coming from?

    • joe gould

      June 25th, 2014 - 7:22pm

      Yes but it is valuble.

    • Ian

      June 25th, 2014 - 7:41pm

Sorry Booboo, my mistake. $34.99 which means £19.99, one of those days!

    • booboo

      June 25th, 2014 - 7:45pm

which would lean towards the 1 figure 3 head set

ultimately it just means more people will buy 3 sets and not 2 had it been a 2 figure and 3 head set

  • Nicholas

    June 25th, 2014 - 12:35pm

The RRP in America for it is $34.99 – It has only been reduced to $29 on that site.

It could still be two figures. People seemed to have missed that.

There surely must be two figures, as the Capaldi one has no bowtie?

    • RexisnotyourDoctor

      June 25th, 2014 - 4:12pm

There’s some speculation that the bowtie/no bowtie shirt is a swap – out piece for the same figure. It’s difficult to tell, as details about the figure(s) vary from site to site.
It’s almost as if CO are deliberately vague with the details in order to generate maximum hype/speculation/internet traffic. Another reason I’m increasingly decided I won’t be buying this. I don’t like being kept in the dark and manipulated for no good reason, by a company I’ve given a lot of money to over the last 8 years.
Give us a Capaldi in 12th Doctor outfit CO.

it said somthing about moving bow tie so it could be two bodys three heads

It’s clever they’d done this, as they know the odd figure will make anyone go nuts, so all will buy

I really think Jenna deserves a decent figure. The 3.75″ ones of her have been less than flattering.
I think, more than any previous companion, Jenna’s got the potential to be NuHu’s (can we still call it that after 9 years?) Sarah Jane Smith. I’d have been much more excited if CO/UT had announced a Clara/12th in costume twin pack for SDCC. It would’ve seemed more relevant, with series 8 apparently starting in August.

They should do a 5 inch capaldi in outfit, it’s strange though, the head looks a lot like the 3.75
    inch capaldi head but better.

Soooo…is C.O. actually listening to the collector fan base now? That would be a welcome event. I love their Who figures, in the 5 inch scale. The smaller ones are …well, not the same quality, let’s be honest. Make two sized lines, JUST DON’T STOP MKING THE 5 INCH ONES. I’ve been collecting toys since I was a child in the early 70’s. My Who collection is a treasure to me. I don’t want my treasure messed with, or down sized.

Well i’m not particulary bothered about clara not that she is terrible, it’s just some figures are best not created.

    • RORY DOCTOR RIVER POND

      June 25th, 2014 - 12:36pm

I think every companion (especially recent ones) deserves a 5inch. A doctor goes without saying, but companions are important to for scene recreations and stuff.

    • joe gould

      June 25th, 2014 - 5:54pm

Well it’s just we already saw the 3.75 inch figure and that wasn’t great so i doubt it will be better if they made a 5 inch one.
