June 22nd, 2019 - 11:34amJust got it today in WH Smith’s and was really surprised that they still actually had a issue left. The vinyl is the main reason I bought it as I don’t really tend to buy the magazine anymore but might start buying it again as this issue seems quite good

June 12th, 2019 - 11:33pmHas anyone received a copy of the magazine with the vinyl missing? I bought my copy from ebay as I couldn’t get in in the shops and there is no vinyl in it. I’m wondering if it was a fault of the manufactures or if I’ve been conned

June 13th, 2019 - 7:21amSounds like a con-I find it very unlikely one wouldn’t have been packed, and I know from searching for a particular Big Finish in the last special edition that these cardboard sleeves can be resealed like they’ve never been opened.

May 30th, 2019 - 12:28pmI hate to say it, but this might be the last issue I buy. The vinyl is good, as are the downloads, but the magazine just isn’t giving me what I want. The features aren’t long enough, it’s taken a very condescending tone under Marcus Hearn’s leadership (I don’t need to be reminded in every caption that Jodie Whittaker is the current Doctor), and I can’t believe a cover feature interview with David Tennant is TWO PAGES LONG. I didn’t need to read more of Eric Saward or Howard Burden after the last issue and the Costume Design special, and the Malorie Blackman interview would have been better longer too. So thanks, DWM, and I wish you the best for the future.

May 30th, 2019 - 12:30pmDeborah, it’s a promotion asked for by and agreed with WHSmith. Unfortunately if Panini were to give this to subscribers as well, there’s a good chance WHS would lose interest in the deal (for not having the exclusivity factor to drive enough sales to their stores) and walk away. Panini’s view is subscribers get other things instead (exclusive ‘clean’ covers and at a cheaper per-issue price than the face value £5.99). I understand the frustration though.
