my WHSmiths in Bridgwater closed a couple on months ago but for DWM it didn’t matter because if it did have the magazine ( which it hardly did ) they would only get it 2 or 3 weeks after it come out and by then i would get it somewhere else but it wasn’t just dwm a lot of people i know was saying that whatever they wanted WHSmiths never had and less and less were going there

Annoyingly my local WHSmiths seems to be taking longer and longer to put these out onto shelfs once they arrive. They were still not out by 2pm today but they did have them.

Yeah, the Retail Situation is not Great. Two WH Smiths that I used regular (Parkgate and Barnsley) closed down Years ago. The only really Local One now is Doncaster and that’s abit of a Trek so I rarely bother going now.

The WHSmiths is not near me as its an hours bus ride to it. I just have to be in town on Thurdays anyway. Really wish more shops would stock it. If co-op stocked it that would be brillaint.

Nice cover! I don’t pick DWM up very often these days but I might get this as a Christmas treat! And I am looking forward to the Christmas special a lot.

For those interested, the art cards are –
McGann and console from the Big Finish live event (same as previous DWM cover)
2nd Doctor and monsters group shot from War Games (coloured)
And two other random ones i couldn’t make out

The other two are posters related to the Christmas special. As they are adverts from the hotel in the story.

Are the Time Hotel prints by Stuart Manning? Seem like his style.
