April 2nd, 2014 - 8:42pmI’ve really enjoyed this issue(subscribers get it a week early). I especially enjoyed the Paul McGann interview. It was just so fascinating. I never knew he was such a nervous person sometimes and at the same time, really cool about things. Good on you McGann.

March 31st, 2014 - 9:39pmDWM is better then DWA great stuff in DWM but it’s mostly kids stuff in DWA now glad I subscribed reading the interviews, what’s been going on and the comic strips are awesome! Love the cover aswell! I like Paul McGann wished he did more on Doctor Who but you cannot stop reading DWM its (as the ninth doctor goes) fantastic!
The Doctor
April 1st, 2014 - 3:33pmYeah I agree I used to collect them DWA but I got bored of them so I decided to collect DWM each month. BTW nice cover!!! Love McGann!
DOCTOR WHO ONE
April 1st, 2014 - 3:36pmStopped buying Doctor Who Adventures once I got the 200th Issue cos it was getting tiresome and I was also getting fed up with the locational free gift usually being something from a previous issue 2 or 3 times before.

March 31st, 2014 - 9:38pmMoffat. Look at these comments. Look around you. I don’t think you understand quite how well received a McGann parallel series would be with the fans of Doctor Who, really I don’t. There’s a plethora of stories from Big Finish and a rich mythology of Gallifrey and the Time War to work with, plus the introduction of some great companions and amazing overarching plots, and just look at McGann himself – eager and still young enough and good enough to work as the Doctor he got so little screen time with. Minisodes are fine, but this is McGann.

April 1st, 2014 - 10:34amI think we all need to get real…a spin off TV show featuring the 8th Doctor would only attract hardcore fans and get a couple of million viewers at best….yet we would expect the same high prodcution values as the real show. You are asking for the impossible – Eight is best left in the world of Audio.

March 31st, 2014 - 9:28pmListening to Big Finish: Paul McGann if you’re reading this – You Sir are a legend! I feel it’s all Cannon; after listening through the Big Finish catalogue I can see just how much all the classic Doctor’s still have to offer the world of Who. I’m a huge fan…. ❤️
Doctor Who Crazy Ross
March 31st, 2014 - 9:20pmI met Paul McGann three weeks ago, he’s honestly one of the nicest people that I’ve ever met.

March 31st, 2014 - 9:18pmI wish I could understand what was happening in the comic strip. These arcs with the people from Cornucopia and the Golem of Prague story have been going on for ages! (Mid-2012?) I’ve just completely lost track of the strand.
Does look like an awesome issue though.

March 31st, 2014 - 9:35pmIt’s been going pretty much since Matt Smith’s Doctor started appearing in comics and probably won’t stop until they bring in Capaldi.
I always feel it helps to leave it until the end of a story then read it all back in the one go, otherwise it never makes sense, the first parts are always particularly confusing.

March 31st, 2014 - 6:37pmLove the cover! Just wondering though, is his sonic screwdriver the same as the one from the TV Movie or is it unique for Night of the Doctor?

March 31st, 2014 - 6:21pmIf Paul McGann had been the doctor for longer I could guarantee he would be up there with Tom Baker in people’s favourite doctors lists. He really was excellent in that movie (as well as being just as excellent in the Night of the doctor) and is it just me or has he not aged one bit! We definitely need more merchandise for the 8th doctor and I’m looking forward to reading this! 😉 😀
DOCTOR WHO ONE
March 31st, 2014 - 6:37pmAgreed, Paul really has not aged in almost 20 years since the 1996 TV Movie come 2016.
Infact, if Paul was to wear his original 8th Doctor outfit and the wig [yes, it was a wig he wore in the film, it wasn’t his real hair unfortunately] and have a photo shoot done if him in that original suit and wig or even appear in the new series as he looked in the 1996 TV Movie, you wouldn’t even tell the difference that he don’t look older.
Time has been good to Paul when it comes to getting older. Shame we can’t say the same for his predecessors.
the astronaut of death
March 31st, 2014 - 6:48pma good opportunity for the 8th doctor would be to return in a multi doctor story in series 8 with the 12th and 8th doctor
The Living Shadow
March 31st, 2014 - 6:54pmTo be honest, I think he looks better with age!!
DOCTOR WHO ONE
March 31st, 2014 - 6:09pmLooking forward to getting this issue 🙂
