Now Sold Out
You can search for this set on www.ebay.co.uk
Character Options is excited and delighted to announce that, for the first time, the Fugitive will join her esteemed other incarnations with her own figure set in this latest Online exclusive Doctor Who Figure set.
Inspired by the Doctor Who episode entitled “Fugitive Of The Judoon”, Character Options is proud to present this figure of the mysterious Fugitive Doctor along with her very own TARDIS! Both are presented in this specially designed 60th Anniversary window packaging, which has been designed to wow even before it’s opened.
Set Contents at 5.5 Inch Scale:
- 1 x Fugitive Doctor Figure.
- 1 x Division Blaster Accessory
- 1 x TARDIS with opening doors
This incarnation of the Doctor is shrouded in mystery. The Thirteenth Doctor first met the Fugitive Doctor (played by Jo Martin) when she was hiding out as ‘Ruth Clayton’, a tour guide living in Gloucester. Using a Chameleon Arch, she’d re-written her DNA to appear human and buried her TARDIS below ground where it could never be found. She was hiding from her former employer, a mysterious Time Lord agency called ‘The Division’, who had hired the Judoon to track her down. With the arrival of the Judoon and Thirteenth Doctor, the Fugitive Doctor’s secret couldn’t be kept for much longer.
Ruth flees with the Thirteenth Doctor to a lighthouse she remembered as a child, but what they discover there only deepens the mystery. Sensing something familiar, the Thirteenth Doctor discovers her own TARDIS from the long past, and when Ruth breaks the fire alarm within the lighthouse it triggers a reversal of the Chameleon Arch. Instantly the Doctor once more, she teleports herself and the Thirteenth Doctor into her TARDIS and takes off to confront the ‘Division’. The Thirteenth Doctor is hugely disturbed by the fact she cannot remember being this incarnation but recognises the truth that she undeniably had been. Now free, this no longer fugitive Doctor leaves for further adventures and would go on to meet her Thirteenth self a handful of times, as a projection of the Matrix, and then again as a holograph.
The full story of the Fugitive Doctor remains undisclosed and only time will reveal the full truth… as it always does.
Al Dewar, Creative Director, commented:
“Well, it’s finally out there! And safe to say this is one of the most special Doctors I’ve ever worked on. It’s been under wraps for well over a year and a half which helped keep the secret. Jo Martin, who was utterly delightful to work with when creating this set and we also give her rather lovely TARDIS a wee overhaul as well, with the original flat roof being replaced by a slightly angled one, with replacement lamp and nice little undercuts between the roof pillars. There is also one neat little easter egg in the pack we hope collectors enjoy. All in all, this is a truly great set.”
The online exclusive costs £39.99 and will include postage to UK addresses.

January 22nd, 2024 - 1:30pmSorry but WTF is with that price?? The TARDIS isn’t even electronic. Even if it was, £40 is still ridiculous.
I usually jump at the online exclusives but sorry, I’ll have to miss out on this one.
I think it would’ve also been better as a single figure release rather than with a TARDIS.
PJH1971
January 22nd, 2024 - 3:05pmTotally agree – severely overpriced as not electronic. I wont be jamming up the website as not interested in anything post-Capaldi anyway.

January 23rd, 2024 - 6:38amThe Abominable Snowmen TARDIS set was £39.99 when that was released.
NickD
January 25th, 2024 - 9:34pmIt is sadly massively overpriced. I believe the production run is far lower showing how little CO think these things will sell and also how little DW merchandise sells.

January 26th, 2024 - 2:16amWhere have you all been for the last few years? Everything costs more to make and ship now. Everything has gone up in price. You can’t expect to pay the same as we did five years ago.

January 22nd, 2024 - 12:58pmThey are bound to rerelease this Tardis in a B&M set with a Twice Upon A Time First Doctor figure given the BBC reused the same prop unaltered for Fugitive.

January 22nd, 2024 - 12:47pmTheres a high volume of people actually ringing character options up and they are struggling with the high volume of calls. All they will tell you is what they told me.It is down to technical difficulties and just keep trying.

January 22nd, 2024 - 12:49pmAnd for any scalpers they are limiting to 2 per person.

January 22nd, 2024 - 12:49pmI hear you, but all the time some people are successfully placing orders and others aren’t, there is going to be a certain amount of panic involved and therefore wanting to call Character to find out what’s going on.
Shaun
January 22nd, 2024 - 12:40pmI can get as far as payment but then doesn’t let me. It did before, got as far as PayPal and temporarily charged me but no money taken. Now it won’t do anything
Tom C
January 22nd, 2024 - 12:45pmKeep trying – you’re nearly there! I got that far, PayPal confirmed and did the temporary payment then I just continued to click “confirm” at the very bottom after all the order details until it eventually went through.
PayPal has only charged me once. I actually got the confirmation it had gone through on my PayPal app slightly quicker than on the website.

January 22nd, 2024 - 12:46pmSame, Shaun – so frustrating. I’m hoping that because I have one in my basket, it will stay there and I can eventually checkout later. CO really need to upgrade their systems because this is pathetic.

January 22nd, 2024 - 12:21pmOh the joys of being a Doctor Who fan… can’t find B&M sets in any B&Ms, can’t order online due to website overloading… I confess to becoming a little bored with all this but when it’s for your kids you persevere…

January 22nd, 2024 - 12:11pmTo anyone trying but frustrated – persevere if you can.
Just took me an hour but I got my order through in the end. My PC was more reliable than my mobile for going back & reloading the purchase steps if that helps any.
Good luck!!

January 22nd, 2024 - 11:16amWow, well that was unexpected. Hope they do enough of these, I don’t get paid for a couple of days hehheh. I don’t mind missing out on this one, but the figures/TARDIS sets usually last at least a couple of weeks or so iirc so should be alright. Either way, an interesting surprise. I was like 80% sure it was going to be the new sonic.

January 22nd, 2024 - 11:13amIs the TARDIS electronic?

January 22nd, 2024 - 11:41amWell this cheered me up on a murky Monday. Fabulous and another Toy reveal Tomorrow 10 am apparently,as this isn’t the one we were expecting.
I wonder what the ” There is also one easter egg in the pack for collectors to discover and enjoy.” Means.
The whole roof lid comes off so you can Bury it for authenticity
Dirt on back of roof (weathered)
The inside is while roundels (the pics of dark blue could be to fool us)
Comes with a Ruth figure variant.
Can’t think of anything else, even if some of the above are tongue in cheek.
Darren
January 22nd, 2024 - 11:12amTried to order but I can’t get through checkout

January 22nd, 2024 - 11:06amWhat a wonderful surprise. So unexpected and so unleaked!! I wonder if this is tomorrow’s announcement or we have something else to look forward to.

The Outcast
January 22nd, 2024 - 11:27amI’m currently unsure if this is tomorrow’s announcement, or if tomorrow’s announcement is yet more stuff. I’d say assume this is tomorrow’s announcement, better safe than sorry.

January 22nd, 2024 - 1:22pmI was hopeing we might get a new 15th doctor sonic screwdriver.
EVAN MARSHALL
January 22nd, 2024 - 1:39pmSurely this is in *addition* to the Toy Fair announcements. After all, why would they bother displaying a Fugitive Doctor at Toy Fair if none of the retailers can buy it? This is just something extra surely.
It would beggar belief if there’s not a lot of product announced at Toy Fair.
booboo
January 22nd, 2024 - 1:45pmemail we had says tomorrows news was bought forward
