Doctor Who 5.5″ Action Figure Missy UK Packaging Exclusive
These exclusive and limited edition action figures are highly detailed and features 18 points of articulation, interchangeable head (with hat) and iconic accessories including Missy’s umbrella and “Missy Device”.

Character Options has unveiled details of a brand new Limited Edition Doctor Who 5.5” scale action figure. Images of the Missy figure, first in a new range of scale Doctor Who Collector Series toys were revealed by Alasdair Dewar, Product Development Director, today via video on the Character Options’ website.
Missy, played by Michelle Gomez, is a villainous Time Lady who recently revealed herself as the Doctor’s arch enemy, the Master! Missy has been firmly established as a new fan favourite character, and as a collector’s figure, she is truly a must have.
The Missy Figure will be available in two variants; a purple outfitted version with hat from the series finale episodes; and alternatively in her ‘Heaven’ outfit, hatless with black jacket and manic grin.
The Missy figures each have 18 points of articulation and are highly detailed and decorated. Each figure head can also be swapped so that both heads can be incorporated with either outfit, and they both come with accessories.
The bespoke UK Collector Series packs are perfect for display and for the first time are re-sealable, so that the figures can be enjoyed in or out of packaging without losing their collectability.
Only 4,000 units of each of the two figures are available in exclusive UK packaging at www.character-online.co.uk for a price of £19.99 each (excluding P&P). Delivery will be made to customers by early November.

December 3rd, 2015 - 9:26amI can see there have been a lot of humans/human shaped monsters/human hybrids and there does seem to be an increase especially Wave 3A where there were 2 out of 6 were enemies and of course another classic dalek was in that set. To a child, having a lot of the same type of figures can be off putting with a lot of Aliens and monsters to fight.

I keep looking and re looking but is Missy slightly not in scale – she seems a lot smaller in comparison with the other two figures especially as Clara is as almost as tall as Missy including hat and their Clara has giant feet. Is the scale off with this figure?

November 16th, 2015 - 3:24pmI prefer the purple outfit but that head is just blah. I mean it’s a good likeness but there is no emotion in the face which I think there should be on Missy. I know you can swap the heads but Missy never wore the hat with the black outfit so the black outfit head can work on the purple outfit body but not vice versa, they should have just had both heads with each figure.

I didn’t pre-order, and had decided not to get Missy. Then on Monday evening (after a couple of weeks of arguing with myself) I finally gave in and ordered both versions and let me tell you ……..
THEY ARE FANTASTIC!
Like the 12th Doctor, the head sculpt on both figures look so much better ‘in the hand’ than on any photo or review video I have seen. Great figures, get them now!!!!

Eastern Europe delivery always seems to take every UK shop forever, so perhaps I should wait another week until contacting them?

I only had the Delgado!Master (from The Daemons) before as far as Master figures go, so now they make a wonderfully evil little trio of their own on my shelf.

They said they will do an investigation and speak to royal mail. It is very worrying I hope they find them or can replace them I think Royal mail should pay its their fault.

November 3rd, 2015 - 5:23pmI think saying it’s unfair is ridiculous. The Big Chief figures are limited addition too and no one thinks it’s unfair to buy 2 or more of those. This figure Is open for anyone to buy. Go buy it. It’s open to anyone who wants them. If you can’t afford it or you are a young child who has to ask his parents for money, well, that has nothing to do with fairness. Also, yes, you could put the figure back in the box but it’s still not mint. It’s been opened. I have bought 4 Missy’s. I always by 2 of each, sometimes 3 if I really like the make of a figure. As for the Missy’s, I like to keep 2 mint in box and I will open 2 for display. That’s ok. Anyone could do that. To be told I’m being “unfair” really doesn’t make sense to me and really bothers me. I am a collector of Doctor Who action figures. I think everyone should be happy that these figures will sell so well so they will continue to keep making wonderful figures like these. Just my opinion.

I have got 2 of each to have all 4 variants on display, some people will even buy 6 to have one of each boxed up on display
they have been up for order for 2 months and if you really want one and haven’t ordered one already you only have yourself to blame if they run out (which they are proabaly far from doing anyway)

Also, yes, I have several of the Big Chief figures. I have the Fourth Doctor and the 10th Doctor. I also ordered the 12th Doctor (which should be delivered @ my house on Thursday or Friday – YEAH) I also have the 2 Tardis’ on order (10 & 11) and have the 9th Doctor on order. I love these Big Chief figures. I think they’re just as good as Hot toys.
