July 29th, 2013 - 2:15pmI stopped collecting new series figures when this new 3.75″ range came out, such a decline in details and overall quality. I still collect the classic figures, which are fantastic, and to be honest I don’t see a long future for this 3.75″ range.
Jordan
July 29th, 2013 - 6:07pmI’m not being big headed her but out of everyone I don’t think no one wants the scale to be back to the 5 inch range. It’s so difficult because I love doctor who but hate the new scaled figures, the detail is crap, they brake easily (well the doctor)and because I made all my figures interact with eachother like the doctor and Rose with a classic villain I can’t do that now and it’s so bad! Character are so stupid and if they want to keep there fans then bring 5 inch back! If I could send them a message to pledge them to bring it back I would!
Dominic Kane
July 29th, 2013 - 9:59pmyeah and they missed loads of seires 6 figures!
Antonio Zambonini
July 29th, 2013 - 1:08pmdoes anyone think these are good as brought the rare weeping angel and thought these are easier to display then the 5 inch i may collect them but what ones do people think are good ones
The Silent Silent
July 29th, 2013 - 2:25pm1. Ice Warrior
2. dalek
3. cyberman
4. doctor
5. clara
6. weeping angel
1– best 6– worst
Antonio Zambonini
July 29th, 2013 - 2:48pmok thank you i had my doubts at these but i like them the way u can make them canpatable with sets
Jordan
July 29th, 2013 - 6:10pmTo be honest I prefer 5 inch, you could see the detail on them much more clearly and they were harder to break, plus the detail was outstanding (unlike these figures) But anyway 1-6 worst
1.Cyberman
2.Dalek
3.Clara
4.Ice Warrior
5.Weeping Angel
6. The Doctor (It doesn’t even look like him)!
Antonio Zambonini
July 29th, 2013 - 6:28pmi agree i love the 5 inch but they wont from the series 7
Antonio Zambonini
July 29th, 2013 - 6:30pmbe back i mean and they wont do any past series in these range i thought they where bit bad to start with but i do like the way they are good with playsets and display like as i think it takes some time to adjust to them
Jordan
July 29th, 2013 - 7:12pmI only think these new figures are for play value insted of collecting, but the 5 inch range had the potential of both you could play with them easily and there was more variety you could interact a Rose figure with a classic zygon and a dalek where as this one there’s no other figures (that are doctor who) to play with them with. Sure there will be in the futer but it won’t be the same. Still more to the point of my opinion what i’m trying to say is 5 inch had the potential of play and collecting value the new scale though only has play value
Antonio Zambonini
July 29th, 2013 - 7:20pmi agreee but i am staying to my classics 100% as they are the only classic figures but if i had to go for new ones then i would have to buy these
Jordan
July 30th, 2013 - 8:38amOk, but 5 inch had way better detail. I know this may sound strange but look at 3 inch Doctor and compare it to a 5 inch one (11th) and straight away you see how bad the detail is. I actually thought it was the 12th Doctor being released early because it’s not Matt Smith. Anyway just look, you may change you’re mind
Antonio Zambonini
July 31st, 2013 - 9:46pmi know i did look i went to my local fb today and thought i wasnt gonna buy them as now i have changed my mind as i think some are ok but u are right as they are play valule and for younger children as my bro used to collect star wars figures and they was the same scale sort of ans they are better quilty tbh then the dr who ones i do profer the classics and have changed my mind on these plus i aint going to start collecting another range of figures as then i will have no money to buy any classic figures
Antonio Zambonini
July 31st, 2013 - 9:52pmas even now classic dr who figures are worth 4 times more then a 3.75 dr who figure look at the keeper of traken set for example cost 40 pounds yes but its brillant set two of the thinngs are retro cast(hollow) which with the 3.75 inch figure u wont get that and the detail on the melkaur is excellent detail where as the 3.75 inch are shobby
UnitedGamers2013
July 29th, 2013 - 1:04pmWhat is the best monster figure out of these (dalek, ice warrior, weeping angel, cyber man) in the collection
the astronaut of death
July 29th, 2013 - 1:05pmprobably the ice warrior
the astronaut of death
July 29th, 2013 - 1:06pmbut the cyberman comes close
Da Big Friendly Button
July 29th, 2013 - 2:05pmI personally think the cyberman is the best, but the way they managed to downscale the dalek to look like its five inch counterpart is astounding.
Jordan
July 29th, 2013 - 6:11pmCyberman defiantly, although dalek is a close second but for me to much blue paint was used on the eyestalk resulting it to look like paint just spilled all over it
Steampunk Doctor
July 29th, 2013 - 8:34amAre these at Tesco ?

Dominic Kane
July 29th, 2013 - 1:59amKk thanks I’m not keen on the 3 inch figures I just think the cherub looks decent enought with the 5 inch figures but thanks for letting me know 🙂 I just wanted to know when to look out for cherubs on eBay
Jordan
July 29th, 2013 - 6:25pmI hate them to but I just love doctor who so I collect them, hope 5 inch comes back soon don’t think the 3/3.75 inch figures will last long but we’ll have to wait and see
Antonio Zambonini
July 29th, 2013 - 6:32pmthey will because they wont do any other range now unless they change the scale to 4 or 6
Dominic Kane

Exterminator
July 28th, 2013 - 9:33pmWoo Hoo! Managed to find the rare chase Screaming Angel variant figure today. I now have 3 chase figures, the other 2 being red dress Clara. I’m still looking for the black dalek and gun arm cyberman.
Jordan
July 29th, 2013 - 6:28pmWhere did you get them from?
Exterminator
July 29th, 2013 - 7:10pmScreaming angel was from Argos.

doctorpond393
July 28th, 2013 - 6:08pmbought all of them and the TARDIS at DWE yesterday. generally pleased, but my dalek is missing the back wheels and my tardis doesnt work when you place it down to land. apart from that great. i also picked up the 3rd doctors sonic screwdriver and the victory of the daleks collectors set.
The 3rd Doctor
July 28th, 2013 - 12:31pmWill they make any more of these figures or make them better by making them 5inch!!???
booboo
July 28th, 2013 - 12:31pmbound to more at some stage
The 3rd Doctor
July 28th, 2013 - 12:34pmThanks booboo hope one day they go back to 5inch!
the astronaut of death

cyberman6
July 28th, 2013 - 12:48pmClassic Figures will stay 5 inch
Jordan
July 28th, 2013 - 8:02pmI hope for some selected series 7 figures to be 5 inch, really do if not I’ll be so disappointed. If they hopefully do I would like a Series 7B Doctor Clara Oswald, The Series 7 Cyberman, An Ice Warrior and maybe an Amy Pond one from the angels take Manhattan
Dominic Kane
July 29th, 2013 - 12:24ami just hope they dont do the missed seires 6 figures in 3 inch 😥
itdalek
July 28th, 2013 - 12:14pmalso as a VERY good question would anyone want to see CO do a 3.75 inch classics range designed for younger children and have a 5 inch for TRUE COLLECTORS
booboo
July 28th, 2013 - 12:20pmi dont think they ever would as it would dilute sales
Abslom Daak
July 28th, 2013 - 3:49pmI could see them doing a 3.75″ 12 Doctors set, and maybe some classic Daleks, but I doubt they’d do more than that.
itdalek
July 28th, 2013 - 12:09pm3 questions: 1. Does anyone think they should have done the weeping angel as alternative vareints as screeming angels and weepinng ones instead of having one as normal and the other more popular one rare?
2. does anyone think they should have had twistable wrists for the hands?
3. does anyone think they should have put turnable hands on the weeping angel, so it can actaully blink!
doctorpond393
July 28th, 2013 - 6:11pm1. Yes, i do.
2. Definately. the doctor and clara are the only ones that seem to.
3. Also definately.
jordan jr
July 28th, 2013 - 11:39amI don`t understand why someone would stop making amazing 5″ figures wich are perfect, and then start making pointless 3.75″wich get lost easily!what are your thoughts?
Anthonydoctorwhofan
July 28th, 2013 - 12:02pmAlso I was wondering you the dapol figure range that was out years ago wonder if there be compatable with this small range ?
booboo
July 28th, 2013 - 12:05pmsort of, some of it
Da Big Friendly Button
July 29th, 2013 - 2:15pmThe reason why the 5inch figures are gone is because no retailer want them anymore.
tiem lord
July 27th, 2013 - 3:01pmI don’t like them they are to small and the ice warrior is the only good one.
tiem lord
July 29th, 2013 - 12:41pmand the dalek. the weeping angels arms dont move as much.
StarkBoy
July 27th, 2013 - 8:44amThey are now at Argos ! Finally some company for my ice warrior
Jordan
July 27th, 2013 - 12:58pmWhat?!?!?!
Jordan
July 27th, 2013 - 1:00pmI bought the figures all the figures for £60.00 and now there at argos, the doctor who shop told me no retailers like argos were getting them! well am I annoyed now!
Trenzalore
July 27th, 2013 - 1:02pm£60.00!!! 😯 But you can get them from BBC shop all of them for like £35.00
Jordan
July 27th, 2013 - 2:52pmThere isn’t a BBC shop in my area the only shop I could get them from was who’s toys (a small shop in Mansfield) and they were £10.00 each so £60.00 for the lot, to be honest i’m so annoyed because the man said no retailers like argos was getting them and that’s why they were that price. Not going back to that shop again!
Trenzalore
July 27th, 2013 - 2:59pmOh no I meant BBC shop on the internet. And don’t you have a toys r us anywhere near you, they have them at £6.99.
Jordan
July 27th, 2013 - 3:25pmI don’t get things on the internet because hate putting credit card details in just not a fan, and not really it’s about half an hour away and I don’t have a car. It was either get the figures from who’s toys or don’t get them at all. Wish I waited because Argos is down my street so 3 minutes away
Trenzalore
July 27th, 2013 - 3:54pmWell never mind, at least you have the figures 🙂 I never used to like putting my details in but when I tried it with BBC shop it always goes fine and they always deliver quickly (3-4 days) Also they are really nice; when I ordered something (Genesis of the Daleks) and didn’t realise they didn’t have it in stock, I emailed them and they sent a copy off 3 days later. I always buy my classic DVD’s from them now. But I can understand why you don’t; when I first did it I was really nervous and some of the story’s you hear don’t help.
James
July 26th, 2013 - 2:36pmI picked up the eleventh doctor figure and spin and fly TARDIS today, love the TARDIS design but its a shame there’s no interior lights or sound but overal a nice little collection piece!
As for the Eleventh Doctor figure…well not happy is an under statement!
As many people will know new figures can be quite stiff so I always VERY CAREFULLY loosen the joints on a new figure after unpacking.
First the head, twisted it to one side and it popped off in my hand!! Then I loosened the waist and that popped off too and the foot broke completely!!
Trenzalore
July 26th, 2013 - 2:40pmSame happened to me the head and the foot fell off!
Jordan
July 26th, 2013 - 2:49pmPoor show Character, To be honest the new Tardis isn’t that good infact I don’t like it one bit but I would rather have a tardis for the new scale than not at all but it could have been alot better!
Exterminator
July 26th, 2013 - 8:55pmWhen I brought my set of figures, one of the Dr figures head had popped off. It was still sealed inside the packaging. Talk about poor quality.
clara red dress
July 26th, 2013 - 9:23pmToday i got red dress clara at tescos extra in durham city nort east of england the doctor who stuff was on the floor they have sonics tardis mashems and series 3 character building so the figures were on the floor too there was about 20 figures and i looked through the hole figures all of them were there and as soon as i saw clara i was like wright this is mine put the figures back and took it to the desk to buy with my own money!
Jordan
July 27th, 2013 - 3:47pmDo Tesco have these figures now or is it just in you’re area?
clara red dress
July 29th, 2013 - 8:22ami am not sure if you don’t have them at your local tescos i am sure you will get them in soon
jordan
July 25th, 2013 - 2:35pmhey guys! ain`t bin on the site in ages!(can`t believe there’s another Jordan on here now!)used to hate the size, only downside is the accessories are so small there gonna get lost easily. What are your thoughts?!please reply!
p.s.is booboo jr still on the site?
Jordan
July 25th, 2013 - 3:56pmI’m not to keen on the figures at all detail on them annoys me the most, however would rather have doctor who figures then not at all
ROCKSTAR
July 23rd, 2013 - 5:27pmI went to that s entertainment and when I saw these I was like these are way too small and they were £7 meanwhile there were series 6 5 inch scale toys that were £5
Whovian
July 21st, 2013 - 9:34amThey’re too small, 3 1/2 not 3 1/4, they much smaller than Star Wars figures etc. Also want to see Paradigm Daleks.
Jordan
July 21st, 2013 - 4:56pmI saw that to, the scale isn’t accurate. I to would love to see some Paradigm Daleks, Maybe some 60’s and 70’s asylum daleks just. Maybe character could do a set of 10 different daleks but will have to wait and see
Whovian
July 30th, 2013 - 10:30pmDidn’t like the Paradigm Daleks at first but they’ve really grown on me now 🙂
Jordan
July 18th, 2013 - 11:33amWhat’s been on my mind for a while now is do us buyers actually approve or disapprove on these figures? Also which did you prefer 3/3.75 inch or the 5 inch scale??
booboo
July 18th, 2013 - 11:36amloads disapprove (which are always the more vocal group) and loads approve
I have seen people get them who hate them and other who love them.
76 Totters Lane
July 18th, 2013 - 11:37amApprove, but prefer the 5″ as they had more detail and looked more impressive. Some figures are better than none, though.
booboo
July 18th, 2013 - 11:43amgive a choice i think most people would have preferred then to stay 5″ but sadly its retailer orders that dictate the market
Scott the Raptor
July 18th, 2013 - 11:43amI approve. I adore them!
Jordan
July 18th, 2013 - 11:48amI’m not sure I like them because id’e rather have doctor who figures series 7 then not at all but apart from the Cyberman/Dalek the detail could be lot’s better
Exterminator
July 18th, 2013 - 3:07pmI like the new figure size. I’m glad that character options are keeping the classic figures at 5″ though.
M J who
July 18th, 2013 - 5:44pmI was think really hard about these I mean I was glad that character options finally brought out new series 7 figures but I still wasn’t sure so I though ill have a look in stores to see them in person so when I saw them in person I thought what that’s it really but there so tiny but really what gets me I have to pay £9.00 for that I mean £6 or £7 would be fine but £9 I could get bigger and of course a lot more detailed for £10 I mean don’t get wrong they are ok they are worth getting but I was going to get all 6 but I’m only getting 2 of the 6
Jordan
July 18th, 2013 - 9:06pmIt’s like me because I have to pay £10.00 from the shop I get mine from. If your only getting 2 of the 6 figures in the wave get the cyberman and Clara Oswald, Would recommend getting the doctor though even though it’s the worst doctor figure I have ever seen because the detail on the face is horrendous but with out him the collection doesn’t seem right without him
Dalek The Supreme
July 17th, 2013 - 4:03amThe Doctor, Clara, and Ice Warrior figures are now on Who North America along with the Dalek and Ice Warrior play sets! I love the very original comments on how tiny and undetailed they are. 🙄
Jordan
July 17th, 2013 - 3:24pmIt’s unfortunately true though
Dalek The Supreme
July 17th, 2013 - 4:47pmThey seem ok as far as detailed as far as I can see, though not as good as the 5 inch. I’d have to get one, I really want all except maybe the Angel.
Shane
July 17th, 2013 - 5:02pmThe look a lot better in pictures than in person standing next to your old 5″ ones. Incredibly small (shorter than 3 3/4 inches)and no texture detail like the had on clothing on the 5″ figures. I like them but they should be at least half the price of the old ones, not £3 less. And in Ireland where I live they overcharge and it works out as only €2 less which is less than £3.
Jordan
July 18th, 2013 - 11:30amI agree they aren’t that well scaled compared to other 3.75 inch figures either. What really irritated me was the cyberman is to small when I compare it to the doctor it’s the same size as him and cybermen are supposed to be 2 meters tall and i’m very sure Matt Smith is not 2 meters tall. I really hope character or underground toys bring out some 5 inch figures for series 7. I would love to have a 5 inch Clara mostly and would love a new 5 inch 2013 cybermen because they are my faverioute villain
Mr Clever
July 16th, 2013 - 6:17amJust ordered the Cybermen, can’t wait
EARTHDEFENCE
July 15th, 2013 - 6:51pmHow many chase figures have been produced?
I heard it was a 100 but not sure if this is official??
booboo
July 15th, 2013 - 7:17pm100 per batch, but there seems to be a lot of Daleks and Cybermen turning up
Jordan
July 15th, 2013 - 10:30pmI have not seen any at all but not seen any chase doctor’s, Clara’s or Weeping angels but I am not to keen spending nearly £50-200.00 because I can get the normal one’s which are so similar so much cheaper. Unfortunately I don’t have a BBC shop or a Toys’R’us where I live just a tiny doctor shop round the corner so it’s difficult to get rare figures the only place I can get them is online and that’s when you seem to spend the most money.
Exterminator
July 18th, 2013 - 3:08pmI’ve given up trying to find the rare dalek and cyberman. 🙁
Scott the Raptor
July 15th, 2013 - 2:32pmWoohoo! I went to Toys R Us in East Kilbride and I managed to get The Tenth Doctor and Dalek set, The Third Doctor’s Sonic Screwdriver rerelease and the 3.75″ Weeping Angel Figure. That is my Wave One complete! For anyone who’s wondering, the Toys R Us in East Kilbride has stocked up on the new figures. They still have a Cyberman, a Dalek and an Ice Warrior left!
The Supreme Dalek
July 17th, 2013 - 3:27pmScott, is the Doctor/Dalek Set and the Third Doctor Sonic any good?
Scott the Raptor
July 17th, 2013 - 5:21pmYes, they’re both very good. Just watch out if you get the doctor/Dalek and open it that you don’t twist the doctors head too far. I went in with my friend and he opened the set on our way home. He got the doctor out, twisted the head too far and it now has a big grey line across the neck. He asked me if I wanted to swap sets with him!
The Supreme Dalek
July 18th, 2013 - 11:05amI know, my Tenth Doctors had marks on their necks. I can’t decide whether to get the Tenth Doctor one or the Sixth Doctor one! I have a Tenth Doctor but this one has a new sculpt as well as glasses and the Dalek is cool. The Sixth Doctor looks brilliant and so does the Dalek.
Scott the Raptor
July 18th, 2013 - 11:36amI’d get The Tenth Doctor set. It has two new figures.
Scott the Raptor
July 14th, 2013 - 9:11pmMy ideas for a 50th anniversary wave and a 50th anniversary episode wave:

July 18th, 2013 - 10:59amBlimey! I’ve seen 2 red dress Clara figures sell on eBay recently for over £100 each. I’ve put one of mine on eBay. It’d be lovely if it went as high as that. 🙂

July 23rd, 2013 - 10:19amMy red dress Clara figure sold for £63. But the buyer is a time waster who hasn’t paid for it. They have zero feedback on eBay and wont even reply to my messages. 🙁
booboo
July 23rd, 2013 - 10:32amit happens, unfortunately ebay works totally in the buyers favour now so you will have to wait and open non paying bidder case then wait days for them to reply if they do – in about 2 weeks you may get your fees back and be able to realist it
They may still pay of course.
You wont be able to leave them negative feedback to warn other sellers but of course they can do it to you if you put the slightest foot wrong or even just for the hell of it and there will be nothing you can do
The Flying Shark
July 13th, 2013 - 5:54pmToday, I got the 3.75″ Cyberman. I also got the 2nd Doctor Missing Episodes Volume 1 magazine, Doctor Who Mega Monster Desk Set and a Doctor Who Pencil Case.

July 13th, 2013 - 5:10pmI think for November time character should bring out the new wave. It would be a great time because of the 50th anniversary and lots of kids and collectors would want them at the point, well I certainly would. Plus it gives us more chance to complete wave 1 and to get the playsets. Wave 2 should have
1.Amy Pond (From The Angels Take Manhattan)
2.River Song (From Name of The Doctor)
3.Rory Williams (The Angels Take Manhattan)
4.The Gunslinger
5.Drone Dalek
6.strategist dalek

July 10th, 2013 - 5:54pmJust got the dalek. Only the Ice Warrior to get now. Is it a good figure I only ask because I wasn’t to impressed on a couple of reviews on youtube ❓

July 10th, 2013 - 6:00pmthe legs are a bit weird but it is probably one of the stronger figures in the wave if I had to put them in order of how good they are I would have:
1) Cyberman
2) Clara
3) Ice warrior
4) Dalek
5) Doctor
6) Weeping angel

July 10th, 2013 - 8:07pmThanks. I already have all the one’s in the wave except the Ice Warrior. I might get it it’s just all the figures from the shop I go to are £10.00 and when you have to save up for other things it’s quiet difficult. Adding on these figures are rare from where I am so I need to come up with some money fast to get it.
cool guy doctor
July 11th, 2013 - 9:20pmI havent got any of them yet because i dont live in the uk ,but I will get the doctor and clara for sure
