Reguards your comments on Return to devils end on the daemons dvd its not really down to Nick Briggs as Keith Barnfather owns the rights to it. But i know its not happening anyway as dan hall head of the doctor who dvd range says there are no plans to have Return to devils end as an extra on the upcoming daemons dvd.

March 9th, 2011 - 1:54amI love all the Dr. Who episodes. So glad it is finally getting the respect it deserves. Looking further, though, I have to check out http://www.filmcrave.com/dvd_new.php for a true list of all the DVDs (not just Dr Who).

February 10th, 2011 - 10:49amDan hall (head of 2/entertain) has been interviewed at a q and a a few months ago about invasion of the dinosurs and this is what he had to say. CGI dinosaurs are too prohibitly expensive for a dvd budget and wont happen. If it did happen to recoup money around 500, 000 copies in the uk would have to be sold and at the moment even the biggest sellers don’t even get a fifth of that number. To try it would be financial suicide.
Alex
January 31st, 2011 - 6:11pmThe Nightmare of Eden – Love that story, really want it to come out but I think it deserves CGI effects as the effects of the guns are terrible as is the sound really.
Mark
December 22nd, 2011 - 11:11pmIm looking forward to death to the daleks 1974 hopefully january but thats hoping.
Mark.
McGann is the Doctor.
January 30th, 2011 - 7:44pmThe stories I most want to come out are Frontios (easily) and Dragonfire aswell as Colony in Space, the Face of Evil, adn for the 4th Doctor two very important: The Face of Evil and the Android Invasion. But take your time 2E, quality contorl ya know!
Alex
January 23rd, 2011 - 10:28pmI agree with you Gordon, but it’s only 1 episode like Planet of the Daleks, but I think the DVD would make a huge amount of money if the they replaced the Dinosaurs with effects we have today it would make the story a 1000 times better, but yes it would be expensive.
GORDON
January 23rd, 2011 - 1:04amI think invasion of the dinosaurs with cgi would awsome but very unlikely. Episode 1 of the story exists only in black and white and recolouring that would be very expensive and would eat a high persentage of the budget before you even think about cgi. Even if they didnt have the problem with episode 1 the dinosaurs interact with people which would make it very expensive itself to digitally remove the original dinosaur and replace it with a new cgi version. Just too expensive on 2/entertain’s budget but i would love to be wrong.
GORDON
January 23rd, 2011 - 12:46amthis is the complete storys that have still not been released by the end of 2011.
The Sensorites
Planet of giants
Krotons
Mind of evil
Colony in space
The Daemons
Invasion of the dinosaurs
Death of the daleks
Terror of the zygons
The android invasion
Face of evil
Nightmare on eden
Dragonfire
The hapiness patrol
Greatest show in the galaxy
As we normally get 15new titles a year wouldnt suprise me if we got that in 2012.
As for incomplete storys reign of terror 10th planet ice warrriors and shada late 2012 early 2013 perhaps
Alex
January 22nd, 2011 - 11:42pmDVDs I want to come out:
Death to the Daleks
The Daemons
Dragonfire
The Nightmare of Eden
Invasion of the Dinosaurs (new CGI)
Terror of the Zygons
Shada
The Face of Evil
and all of the ones that are coming out this year of course.
Scarves are awesome
January 22nd, 2011 - 2:40pmI think that Vengeance on Varos should be in the Revisitations boxsets instead of The Three Doctors. They are both deserving of treatment but I think Vengeance needs it more. I hope next year they release Terror of the Zygons (which should have come out earlier) and Dragonfire.
daleksvscybs
January 20th, 2011 - 4:04pmid like the ice warriors with animated missing eps like invasion
GORDON
January 20th, 2011 - 12:07amDont know where Callum got the idea from to do with daemons in october 2011 from considering all releases were announced for 2011 for dwm anyway and daemons was not amongst them. I have heard when day of the daleks was announced back in october it was also said that daemons was 18 months away from dvd release which makes it possible to fit in with an april 2012 release and means it could also fit in for a april 30 2012 release which is a perfect fit with the beltaine festival which is one of the themes of the story.
Callum Metcalfe
January 19th, 2011 - 9:07pmThe Daemons is scheduled for around October apparantly.
booboo
January 19th, 2011 - 9:09pmNot heard about that, though its one of my all my favourites, it ideal for new special effects like day of The Daleks
alex
January 16th, 2011 - 3:24pmto booboo i think the living doll was really unrealistic but it face was quiet scary though.

January 16th, 2011 - 11:38amDeath of the daleks wont be coming out this year omega sadly. But do not worry as by the end of this year there will only be 15 complete and4 incomplete dvds so death of the daleks so death should be out in 2012
