    Luton (opp Lidl nr hospital)
Had Lots of Sensorites and Marinus 2x History if Daleks set 5 (Power)

May stop at few others on way back to Basingstoke.

Worth noting that older sets (4th dr conpanions, etc) are on Amazon at approx £9 and I would not be surprised to see Sensorites etc at a similar price soon. Scalping is not guaranteed profit.

Aye, many of the assisstants are often quite rude and unsupportive. Especially the ones in Belgrave Gate. Although, to be fair, they do have a lot on their plate, especially at a time when Christmas is near. They need to get a lot of work done.

Just out of curiosity, how are the TARDIS sets boxed. With the large box size I can’t imagine theirs two many in a shipping carton.
Mainly wondering, has the k1s with be shipped similarly I should imagine?

Managed to check a few Stores in Scotland today. Cumbernauld, Airdrie, Glasgow Fort and Easterhouse don’t have any of the new sets in as of yet. Coatbridge store had Earthshock, Five Doctors (Both Varients) and History of the Daleks 6. Will probably revisit these stores and check out some others soon to track down the other sets I need.

      December 14th, 2021 - 10:14pm

Interestingly enough, the eBay prices are on par with WhoNA. I had to eBay the Day Of The Daleks set and I paid roughly the same with shipping from the UK that I did for the Power Of The Daleks set I got from WhoNA.com.

Just got my desired sets from WhoNA.com. About the 5 Doctors set. I know they had the Cybertrooper variant because that’s what I got. I’ve inquired about if they have any Cyberleader variant sets and if they do, can you request one of each or if it will, in fact, be random which one you get.

    • David Minter

      December 19th, 2021 - 2:30am

Got a reply back from WhoNA.com. They do offer both variant sets of the 5 Doctors. You just have to leave a note in the instructions for which set you want when you order. I just placed my order for the other set.

      December 23rd, 2021 - 3:25pm

Just got my other 5 Doctors set and it was the proper variant.

WhoNA.com also got more stock on all the new B&M sets. Not as many of the Dalek sets, but they’re back to over 100 in stock of the Earthshock sets. And something like 30 of the 5 Doctors. Don’t know what ratio those variants sets are in, though.

So glad it was so straight forward for you this time around some Boi online. I think its just a matter of time and how long you are willing to wait. I,d be restless and a little frustrated if it got to the 2 week mark and nothing. If a store is reliable for getting stock you tend to stick with it. It took a little longer this time around but i think the fever was heightened when the southern distribution centre got theirs first. Its been the North the last few years so it was our turn for the waiting game. I was hoping to beat my record of 3 days this wave but it wasn,t to be and got them nearly a week later which i suppose wasn,t too bad. Ebay is definitely my last resort, i prefer the hunt like a lot of fans. I just hope we get those fifth companions and the Imperial Dalek from planet with that K-1 Robot next year. Well done and all the best.

Much appreciated Ergon. Patience was definitely key, but it’s also just luck. When I arrived they’d just been put on the shelves by the looks of things – had I waited a little longer they could’ve all been swiped, you never know. Looking forward to future releases!

Just to reconfirm that the Ayr B&M in Scotland does have everything.

    – Earthshock sets
    – 5 Doctor sets
    – Dalek sets #6 & #8 (seemed to be fewer of the POTD sets, but they may be shifting more because they have a touch more ‘newness’)
    – Dynamix
    – Bobble Daleks
    – Tardis keyring sets

They have all been put out on an end cap at the start of the toy section near the front of the store.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a photo as I was in a hurry. It was a bit of schlep to get there, but worth it as I picked up the Daleks sets which were the only ones I still needed. Hopefully, can have a breather now.

Checked out Dumbarton B&M on the way back, and all they had were the Dynamix and Sensorite/Marinus sets – although they had been stretched over more shelf space, possibly in anticipation of more Dr Who stuff arriving. I’ll keep checking in as this is my local store.
