Just bought the Dalek, 12th Doctor, and Adipose. Can’t wait to get them. All I need now is the Tardis and the 4th Doctor and I’ll be happy!

@ Booboo. The guy on ebay selling this is using the GSP so charging nearly £15 for Postage. The actual item itself is about £12. So have to agree. Trying to import in relatively low-cost items is either expensive postage wise or custom charges.

@ The five doctors. Fully agree. Exclusive’s are fine as long as EVERYONE has a chance of getting one if they want.

Definitely gonna avoid this one, the last thing I need when I’m trying to get to sleep is a glowing creature with big beady eyes staring at me from across the room 😛

Much as we moan about the irritation of Funkos/Titans & so on coming out in the US I have come to realise that a lot of Exclusives just come out in the UK as well through place’s like TRUS. I must admit though it’s not much consolation when you are one of those irritated (Like I am) that they do this. I wouldn’t mind so much if these Exclusive Figures turn up in the UK or vice-versa the US. But there is a large assortment of Titans that haven’t turned up in the UK. I can also understand a Shop Chain wanting an Exclusive but feel they should have that for about a year, then be available in other markets as well openly.

one of the biggest problems for the UK is the import costs if they get picked up and the postage charge that some make, no one minds paying Vat but its the £8 or £16 handling that’s the killer, especially on low costs items of say £20

@MickeySmith07 @Anonnymous I feel your pain. It really annoys me that companies do that especially to the UK as we pay for Doctor Who where other countries don’t (No offence to any international users just my opinion.) a better idea would be to release them into other countries but still have them exclusive to that shop for example, the UK could have FP as our distributer of exclusives then Hot Topic in the USA and other major stores internationally so everyone has a chance of getting one not just the USA. That’s me rant over 🙂

The Exclusives are released in other countries as well, particularly Australia. Go to Popcultcha. The owner, Ash, always gets the Exclusives and his prices are always MSRP, no markup. You just have to pay for shipping.
