To celebrate the discovery and release of Doctor Who: Enemy of the World, BBC Shop and Dark Bunny Tees have been lovingly working together to bring you this strictly Limited, Exclusively designed T-shirt.
Whisked away to Africa**, location of the discovered tapes designer Alex Chenery set about concocting the ultimate design and tribute to the six-part tale unseen on these shores for 45 years. Now complete Alex gave us a little insight into the thinking behind his design:
“It was a real privilege and very exciting to be invited up by BBC Worldwide to catch an early viewing of these amazing episodes and I was honoured to be asked to create these limited edition t-shirts. For the ‘Enemy of the World’ design I want to try and reflect the Bond villain-esqe nature of Salamander and was ultimately inspired by the evil lurking under that public hero persona of his.
So I’ve designed a faux logo for his ‘World-Saving’ ecotechnology, research station in Kanowa and hopefully added in a bit of a sinister, evil tone to it with Salamander himself looming over the globe. I also wanted to reflect the era in the colouring, so I’ve adopted a classic black and white look to the design. I just hope the fans like it”

All designs are screen-printed on a Ring-Spun, Soft Style, Euro cut t-shirt.
