There’s always 1 Cyberman out of every group of 10 figures and always in the first half. Ben Robinson has long confirmed that there will always be more Cybermen as long as the collection lasts.

As it stands it is pretty much, 1 doctor, 1 Cyberman and 2 daleks for every 10 nearly

Well, more often than not 2 Doctors, 2 Daleks and 1 Cyberman, and the Doctors will now start to turn into Masters.

Awesome figurines. Love the preview. I can’t believe there are FOUR unique classic monsters between 71 and 80. It’s twice the next highest grouping of figures.

The Mire and Wooden Cyberman figurines look marvellous! Axon looks pretty nice as well. Can’t wait for Mire and Cyberman!

Wow! Really can’t wait for the Mire and Axon! Wooden Cyberman looks nice too, yet surprising why they went for that.

      February 10th, 2016 - 7:50pm

And the mire is a special – you can see by the bigger plinth

    • Part Gollum Part Time Lord

      February 10th, 2016 - 8:58pm

Great that the Mire is a special. Knew the Cyberman was a repaint but the colour is really good on it.

      February 10th, 2016 - 9:06pm

The Cyberman’s gun has been changed slightly to match the episode though.

I’d love to see Alpha Centauri from “The Curse Of Peladon” make an appearance as one of the figurines. Probably won’t happen though. Oh well! x

I’d love to see The Kandyman, but probably won’t happen due to all the trouble with Bassets…

    • The Werewolf

      February 9th, 2016 - 10:40pm

Yeah, I think Ben Robinson has said something to the effect of ‘we’re kinda not allowed to do the Kandyman”

I really want figurines of Linx the Original (and Best) Sontaran, as well as Sharaz-Jek and Styggron the Kraal.

Oh, so no Sutekh then 🙁

      February 3rd, 2016 - 12:25am

There could still be a sutekh, this is not the first figure to come from pyramids of Mars, the fourth doctor was also from that story

    • The Werewolf

      February 3rd, 2016 - 1:05am

Aye, but Ben said previously that if the collection isn’t extended past 100, we can only get either Sutekh or his Mummy, to get both, it has to be extended again.

    • prototype dalek

      February 4th, 2016 - 8:26am

If it is popular then I’m sure it’ll get an extension on it, again, I want a Commander Azaxyr from the Moster of Peledon or a Silurian or Sauvix from Warriors of the Deep

  • The Werewolf

    February 2nd, 2016 - 6:00pm

The cover for Issue 69 (Classic Silurian) is up on Forbidden Planet. Issue 70 is also up for order, but no cover, just a picture of the figurine (Renegade Supreme Dalek)

Tis a lovely figurine, looking forward to it, wonder what the rest in between are, besides the Second Doctor and the Quark, I’m assuming a Dalek, a Cyberman and a Series 9 Monster?

That Gel Guard is gorgeous (Well as gorgeous as a Gel Guard can be) Takes me back to seeing them on the old Weetabix cards when i was a child.

Both figurine and card look better than the real thing seen on screen.

The Renegade supreme dalek is actually the Resurrection Supreme Dalek, its still an accurate sculpt and paint, they just have the story wrong

I didn’t notice the snakes on Colony Saarf’s base when I first saw the preview the day Ben put it up. It’s a cool detail. I am however incredibly excited about the Quark. In fact, there are a lot of nice figurines coming up which is good.

Finally some more classic series figures the series of figures is great but their hasn’t been many classic series monsters for a while (expect for daleks and doctors). The fisher king looks awesome hopefully there will be a veil figure and the 6th doctor figure also looks really good

Aye. In fact prior to the Sensorite in issue 62, the last ‘unique’ classic monster (not a Dalek, Cyberman, Doctor etc) was the Terileptil way back in issue 42.

One thing that I’m confused about though, is why the join on Colony Sarff’s Sleeves is light blue. I don’t remember it being that colour on-screen.
