August 15th, 2013 - 6:41pmWell maybe they just felt that the publicity pictures and other pictures used to make things like Doctor Who Standee’s and such have been used wayyyyyyyy too many times and so wanted to use other images from the series itself, which quite honestly I don’t mind.
Kinda makes a nice change from just having another picture of the Doctor looking towards you all the time.
