August 31st, 2014 - 9:01pmOh, so now I will be able to order one from a local comic shop? That’s great news.
Monty
August 30th, 2014 - 5:58pmWhy is there a variant of the front page of the comic that’s just blank? Is there a reason?
Radburn
September 11th, 2014 - 1:54pmThe Blank Variant is usually sought after by comic book fans who will attend conventions/expos & the like, to get a sketch done on the Front Cover by a particular artist in attendance. In effect they have then got an original one-off artwork by their favourite comic book artist…

August 28th, 2014 - 3:29pmI wonder how many variants there will be of this.

August 28th, 2014 - 3:24pmThe IDW comics couldn’t be sold in the UK due to the comic rights being with Panini for the official magazine.
The new license is now with Titan and will be sold in the UK.
There seems to be no nationwide UK distribution however so it is limited to specialist retailers.
booboo
August 28th, 2014 - 3:27pmits was said by Titan originally you would not be able to buy the 12th doctor comics in the UK

August 28th, 2014 - 3:43pmSorry I hadn’t realised that PC was except!
It does appear that the 12th Doctor comics were to be digital only.
Looks like some common sense prevailed.
booboo
August 28th, 2014 - 3:45pmagreed, i assume it was because DWM also did a 12th doctor comic strip but there is room for both

June 19th, 2014 - 7:32pmThose Variant covers for Issue 1 are cool, but I think the 1st and 4th are particularly fantastic and make me want to purchase it already. I wonder if a local comic shop will order it in, or whether I will have to use Ebay.com.
Dalekparadigm2
August 28th, 2014 - 1:45pmI would use forbiddenplanet.com as the posting is mega cheap for a variant that at one time wasn’t available in the UK

June 18th, 2014 - 10:21ami think its because DWM has the UK license for 12th Doctor Comics – there is more and more merchandise only licensed for overseas sales

John-Robin!
June 18th, 2014 - 2:14pmYou can easily order these comics online, and FP usually gets them even if there are restrictions. At least they have in the past. Looking good and I’ll probably be getting them.

June 18th, 2014 - 2:31pmofficial press releases says download only in UK
Obsie
June 18th, 2014 - 9:11amCurious, artwork of Peter Capaldi reminds me of some of the very late 60’s and early 70’s. It’s either the logo or I’m showing my age. However, I’ve no complaints over the covers, apart from the Clara one and I’m sick and tired about any mention of wretched souffle. Stop it now!

June 18th, 2014 - 1:37amDon’t get me started again…
the astronaut of death
June 18th, 2014 - 8:02amWhy?

June 17th, 2014 - 8:09pmWill a proper, physical copy of the individual ranges (10th, 11th and 12th) be available in a collected format in the near future?
booboo
June 17th, 2014 - 8:37pmnot sure what’s happening with these, the 10th is on amazon, the 11th was but disappeared all individual ones for 10tha 11th have been put up on FP
looks like the licence conflict may on be for the 12th doctor
DrWhoTwins
June 17th, 2014 - 7:50pmAwesome!
Sam Richard Bentley
June 17th, 2014 - 7:11pmThe painting of Capaldi is interesting – the head is from the original promotional picture – only they have painted him to be smiling, the body is from the image of him on the calenders, and the outward arm is something new, either added by the artist or from a promotional picture we are yet to see – nonetheless I like it, would love a poster of all the Doctors in that style.

June 17th, 2014 - 7:05pmLooks brilliant
