Now the magazine has arrived and… the episode guide is on “The Night of the Doctor”. Well they were hardly going to cover Day twice, were they?

Well, they’ll be covering “Remembrance of the Daleks” at least twice and covering “Pyramids of Mars” twice as well. The only thing different as that these aren’t twice in a row.

Eh… no, as I said if the figurine is from the same story they aren’t covering the story again.

Also, Pyramids of Mars isn’t being covered twice, absolutely no figures from it have been confirmed yet.

Does this mean that we will get a Whisperman? That’d be cool.
And do we know what the next premium subscription Dalek is? I hope it’s Dalek Sec, Oswin or the Emperor’s Guard.

They probably wanted to make Dr Simeon or the Whispermen for the Name of the Doctor. I would have quite like the wooden Cyberman, but oh well.

Just to point out to everyone here, that bit on the side is listing the contents of the magazine, not what the figure is.

So if they say “The Time of the Doctor” they are referring to their episode guide section, it is just that this happens to be the first one that has had to deviate from the figure as the episode/story has already been featured.

ahh that makes sense then, seems daft covering the same episode twice

People are forgetting that John Hurts war Doctor just appears at the end of ‘time of the doctor’.

    • The Werewolf

      May 8th, 2014 - 10:43am

If you look at Neil Corry’s twitterfeed or whatever they call it these days, you can see that it was supposed to say ‘Day of the Dotor’ and the mistake has been rectifie before it goes to print.

This also proves it is not just one figurine per episode.

The time of doctors wrong how could they not get these right

  • Trenzalore

    May 6th, 2014 - 6:10pm

The time of the doctor could be correct because if the Zygon issue is already doing The Day Of The Doctor they can’t do it again…
    But I guess we’ll find out soon…
    Still an excellent cover.

Seems a little silly because if this is correct, they could have just done the Zygon issue from Terror Of The Zygons and this one from The Day Of The Doctor.

Well it is easy to get confused with all the “X of the Doctor” all around the same time. Of course Eaglemoss certainly should no better. Hopefully the ones they send out have this problem fixed. Hopefully.

Its just the episode they are reviewing in the magazine not what episode the figure is in!
