in 2011? Yes. Two Part Releases started with Series 6 and took a break during series 8 and stopped at Series 10.

They should release ‘The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith’ and ‘Death of the Doctor’ on DVD together

This is how it should go:

Volume 1: Invasion of the Bane & Revenge of the Slitheen
Volume 2: Eye of the Gorgon & Warriors of Kudlak
Volume 3: Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane? & The Lost Boy

(INVASION OF THE BANE can be slit into 2 parts and the titles should be redone to match Series 1 eps.

if they did do volumes, they should have done each individual serial as a volume so:
    volume 1:Revenge of the siltheen
    volume 2:eye of the gorgon
    volume 3:warriors of kudlak
volume 4:whatever happened to sarah jane?
    volume 5:the lost boy

indinidual releases just like the classic dvds.
