Neil says no chance of a Brigadier fig in the immediate future 🙁
As a ‘ normal ‘ fig that is.

They’ve said they aren’t doing companions for quite a while so that’s not a surprise, try again in 2019 is the best I can suggest.

As many as they can get out. There’s a Krynoid after this and a Yeti somewhere down the line (not locked into their plans but Ben Robinson is committed to getting one in at some stage).

Cant wait for them at all, especially a Yeti

The next special is no longer a Krynoid, it is now a Mechanoid, you can see photos of it on Ben Robinson, Neil Corry and Gav the sculptor’s twitter accounts.

Yes, they scrapped the Krynoid because they couldn’t get a decent look for it.

I don’t think a Racnoss special or a reaper is on the cards, Eaglemoss seems to only like stood up figures and not long horizontal ones…

I think a Racnoss special is likely. She can fit on the special base nicely. A Reaper probably not though.

Like think they do a krynoid as a standard figure

I’ve given up on the specials. Not by choice but rubbish Menzies have stopped sending them to my local WHSmiths and not paying more to get them online!

on FP the regulars still look like its the normal price so where is this rumour from

They put a note in the last issue for shop buyers. The figurines are fairly expensive to make and the cost is going to go up over time, not to mention as the number of buyers drop over time.

I don’t know if they’ll pass the increase in to subscribers. They didn’t last time – and they’ve taken payment for my next package (issues 72 & 73) at the same old price so maybe not, but we’ll see. I don’t collect their Star Trek ships series but that went up by a quid about a year ago and I think they DID pass that onto subscribers.

Has the price gone up on this again, it’s listed at £18.99 at FP?

The regular issues are about to go up another £1 to £8.99 from the next release (72- Wooden Cyberman) onwards, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they are raising the price of the specials by a bit too

is this the same for all subscribers

    • The Werewolf

      May 10th, 2016 - 10:29pm

Subscribers did not suffer the first price rise, and from the money taken out for 72 & 73, it seems like we won’t suffer this one either. One of the good things about being a subscriber.
