Dr Who Figurine Collection #39 Genesis Dalek

Celebrate 50 years of Doctor Who this fantastic new figurine collection. The series draws from every era show and includes all eleven versions of the Doctor plus his greatest monsters.

All the figurines are carefully produced in 1:21 scale, and cast in a specially formulated metallic resin before being painted by hand and individually numbered. The specially formulated resin and high quality sculpting allow the figurines to reproduce an incredible level of detail right down to the mesh in the Silurian Warrior’s uniform and the controls on Davros’s console.

Each figurine recreates a specific moment from the TV series in loving detail and every sculpt is based on detailed study of the original production photography, props and drawings.

The collection features several different versions of the Daleks and Cybermen allowing you to trace their evolution over the years. This is the definitive Doctor Who figurine collection.

Got mine today. Paint work is brilliant. Hope the rest of the daleks and figures continue to be of this standard. Very happy with my collection so far (except for the odd paintjobs and some of the Doctors).

I expect the Face of Boe to be a special edition at some point.

My Dalek and Jabe arrived today! The Dalek is perfect! Why couldn’t they have always been that good?

yes, I have some Daleks not on display (especially a couple of the special ones) because they are so poor but recent figures have been superb

Its almost like they could have don with holding off for a few months with a bit more preparation

Having said that its turning into a superb collection now

I’m seeing pictures of the magazine where “Twelfth Doctor” has been misspelt as “Twelth Doctor” at least twice.

Its misspelled on the next time but, the small doctor logo on the corner of the magazine preview, and the magazine itself. I hope they have spotted their mistake.

Its not even like you can spell it that way. I could understand if it was an American way of spelling or something, but not even that.

There’s a lovely shine to it and indeed as the person below says, it looks in better shape than the actual Genesis Daleks.

Only way this could be better is if they added small tape decals. The Dalek props from the Baker era were so beaten up that some were held in together with tape.

Nice paint job this time considering the problems they’ve had on some previous Daleks.
