The Fifteenth Doctor’s Sonic Screwdriver

The Fifteenth Doctor’s sonic screwdriver boasts a completely revamped shape and design, with its curved edges, making it the most unique rendition of his favourite bit of tech yet.
The Character options multi featured toy replica of the sonic includes light and sound effects plus pop out emitter and slide out viewer.
In its closed position the sonic can be used with the emitter extended or retracted. It has three basic sounds and light combinations activated by different numbers of button press. You can also extend the viewer/analyser arm and in addition you can also open the sonic completely by rotating the lower section 180 degrees left or right.
Opening and closing the sonic activates an on/off sound and all other functions are the same, but in the open position the internal power crystal glows.
The sonic comes beautifully presented in Regeneration style packaging and is the perfect piece of memorabilia to add to any Doctor Who collection.

October 4th, 2024 - 1:34pmextremely disappointed in the standard , I can understand not having the extra lights and sounds in the extras mode but for it nit to have basic sounds like the emitter coming out and stuff that should be standard , will be sending mine back and getting another deluxe as its so underwhelming

October 2nd, 2024 - 8:54pmI got the metallic one last week and I fell in love with the design – I wasn’t sure about it previously.
It’s got some nifty little features though it seems more like a tricorder that sort of fits given all the functions of the modern sonics.
I hope they do the other colour variants in due time.
I highly recommend adding it to your collection.

October 2nd, 2024 - 9:32amOne question, does it have the secret mode like the deluxe version (press 15 times, hold button on 15th, wait for beep and swivel out side emitter) or is it just the standard 5 sounds (the 3 normal sonic sounds plus the two emitter activated sounds)?

September 30th, 2024 - 11:41amOrdered the deluxe edition from character and the standard edition from forbidden planet so I can see the difference, but the thing I’m most waiting to hear about is the meep plush that was seen at toy fair in prototype form, but then seemed to disappear since not heard anything about it since.
