May 8th, 2011 - 3:56pmBooksellers and suppliers need to see whats coming this early in order to prepare for Autumn/Winter catalogues, publicity and stock orders. Christmas catalogues will have many of the titles available at the end of the year being reviewed now in order to include them. These catalogues are in production now, being written, designed, edited and will go into print runs in June/July for distribution in shops August/September.

March 13th, 2011 - 9:49pmDoctor Who will return on April 23rd (watch out for the Red Nose Day special that’s on next Friday!), and will run for seven episodes. It will end around June, and will not be on during July and August. Then, in September, it’ll be back for six episodes, bringing us up to mid-October, meaning we’ll only have to wait two months for the Christmas Special! I prefer this schedule a lot.
