Does anyone have a full list of the contents as this only has seven of the pages (and the “next time” in issue 81 lists three things not in that list so I don’t have a clue what it could be as that would be one too many)?

It was just because issue 83 has been out for a while now. THe only problem is the subscription seems to take ages to despatch it (I’m convinced they don’t send it until they’ve charged you for the lot of issues after the ones you are currently waiting for jsut to get the extra money).

Although I would like to know the features as well, it was more just for the sake of completion.

Booboo, how many issues are the DVD Files going up to because it has gone from 28 to 56 to 80 to 100 to 117 (Wikipedia) and now to 110. Is there a confirmed number of issues and if so what is it?

Not quite, the first extention was from 28 to 40, then to 60, then to 80, then to 90 and finally to the current 110.

All we know is that it is confirmed to run up to 110 issues. It is highly likely to be extended again, as it would look a bit silly covering series 6 in the mag, but not dvd’s. If they are not covering series 6 in the dvd’s then the mag content should have stopped at a christmas carol.

I wouldn’t be too reliant on the magazine’s content in terms of what stories are released. The Episode Guide section directs the reader to a Fury from the Deep page on one occassion which is very unlikely to get released for “certain” reasons.

The only thing we can safely guarentee an extention from is the fact that one of the DVD spine options require The Face of Evil to be released (which isn’t in the current plans as it had not been released at the time of extention).

Attack of the Cybermen is one of my favourite stories, I’ll take it over the likes of “Evolution of the Daleks” or “Last of the Timelords” any day, I think it stands out as having a great story structure, although the Cybermen are sometimes a bit incompetent or difficult to understand.

It was my first Colin Baker story, it got me introduced to him, and what a performance ! 😀

to be honest, I dont think that its a good story at all. Earthshock has to be one of my favirute cyberman stories because its chilling music.
