May 9th, 2014 - 11:18pmCan I just have a quick rant about how I think that this magazine is reverting back to its terrible old ways; for example:
1. The ‘Free’ Gifts: They are either something new (which seems quite rare lately), something stationary (which is every other week) and something that they’ve already given us (which is practically every issue a few months in a row)
2. Sellotape: They are ditching the plastic bags and going back to sellotape, yeah its good for the environment, but it destroys the cover easily and makes it sticky.

May 9th, 2014 - 11:21pm3. Content: They are using outdated news like Miss Delphox, recycled information such as their fact files and ‘monster interviews’ and there’s not a lot going on.
4. Monster Babies: As much as I loved them to begin with, they are becoming boring just like Nerville and Miss Tinkle… and as for the Where’s the Doctor, which has been using in previous magazines and books, they need to find something new

May 9th, 2014 - 11:23pm5. Release date: Two weeks per magazine, and this is the stuff that we get, yeah, money is tight these days, but they could at least do classic themed issues, or episode guide issues
6. The Front cover: I know its mostly aimed for children, but the front covers are becoming boring too, I think that they need to ditch the hexagon design and go for something a little more exciting.

May 9th, 2014 - 11:25pm7. Posters: Although next weeks issue has 10 brilliant posters, I feel as though they are trying too hard and making some of them look terrible such as the Moxx of Balhoon in this weeks issue.
Some of these things are just pet hates, but some of them need resolving, especially the materials that they use for the pencil case; which can hardly fit the two pencils in because it is made with ‘cheap plastic’.
Rant over. I hope I’m not the only one who thinks that all of the issues have practically the same thing in them. 🙂
