Doctor Who Action Figures Wave 1D
This wave is similar to wave 2d with 3 minor variants. This wave is in the new series 6 packaging.
Please note there appears to be different batches in this wave, some coming with a flesh packet and others not
*Corroded Cyberman limb damage & shock hands and open head (The same Cyberman as in wave 2d but with shock hands and open head)
*Corroded Cyberman face damage & shock hands (The same Cyberman as in wave 1c but with shock hands)
*The Astronaut (river song)
*Eleventh Doctor with beard
*Cybermats
*Silent with open mouth & lightning effect hands (same “Grey” silent as in wave 1b but with lightening effect hands)
*Peg soldier(called peg-doll soldier on packaging front and back)
The Silent with open mouth and the Corroded Cyberman with face damage & shock hands from this wave…
The official image for Wave 1D which includes a flesh packet however this was not included with the ones we purchased.

Just do it Character Options ! If you can make a Pandorica-CD wave, a Dalek with sound effects wave, a Flesh-factory-make-your-own-figure set, you can certainly bring out another Sereis 6 figure wave before Autumn ❗ ! 😆 !

February 10th, 2012 - 9:26amThose are not bad figure-ideas, but I wouldn’t hold too much hope in them being made.
A Ganger in Acid suit would be a gr8 figure, I think that character options are aiming alot lower, in terms of age-group and popularity in this brand. They have grossly under-estimated Doctor Who !!!
They will be deemed fools if there is no more Series 6 figure wave. ❗

I’d like that figure, with a Sonic Screwdriver closed variant.
I want the Doctor from the story “Closing Time” and “Lets Kill Hitler” ! the most !! 😀 my mouth is waterring at the thought of having it. 🙂

January 17th, 2012 - 11:36amTime for a complaint, I’ve shopped round for Dr Who Seris 6 figures in many places, and the Doctor in beard is the only figure they have of the Doctor, aswell as the one in straightjacket. ❗
And you know what ? Even if I wanted to buy the Beard Doctor aswell, ALL the figures of that figure ahve something wrong with them, not one of them is perfect.
The bowtie (which is red for CO’s unknown little reasons when it was Navy in the episode) is raggedy around the corners, the plastic looks scraped accross the edges. ❓

One has a gap between shoulder/arm like you described, my other one has the gap in both the front and back (arm/shoulder, chest/shoulder.

We need the Doctor in white-grey shirt and Blue bowtie (the Wedding) with/without eyedrive (that’s TWO VARIANTS !)
The Doctor from Closing Time (Longcoat, Redbowtie, pale blue shirt) and hopefully this will come with a new Sonic for the 5″ line, a Sonic that is closed, atlong last !! 😀 A variant of this figure with the stettson aswell.
That’s enough for the Doctor, we also need the Minotaur don’t forget ! Handbot figures, a new Amy ! 😀

We know there will be a Rory figure. It has been confirmed.
Can ou imagine, looking back on the 11th Doctor years, in say, the 2020’s, way in the future, and Rory was teh only memeber of the TARDIS crew not to have his figure made ! He would seem unimportant, which he isn;t ! He’s very important for the story and EVERYTHING. ❗

January 1st, 2012 - 5:28pmI’ve been buying Doctor Who Figures in Sainsbury’s too! It’s all 25% off. My Mum bought all the ones she gave me for Christmas there, and I have bought several more since then. And the good thing is, they keep the figures up to date (unlike the other places round me) !!!

January 2nd, 2012 - 11:58amI wish my sainsburys was like yours booboo jr. Toys r us only have the cybermats in new packaging and earlier figures. The entertainer had the Rebel Flesh Doctor but sold out and now only have Flesh wave Idris and Uncle and my sainsburys only has wave 1B.

Mine seems to stock every Wave, and whenever I go in the shelves are packed full of them, so I don’t see why it isn’t the same for you. Mind you, my Sainsbury’s is quite a big one, what size is yours/does it look like they would have the room to stock all the figures at once? They might just be trying to sell the 1B Figures first before they bring in the newer ones.
