This wave is similar to wave 2d with 3 minor variants. This wave is in the new series 6 packaging.
Please note there appears to be different batches in this wave, some coming with a flesh packet and others not
*Corroded Cyberman limb damage & shock hands and open head (The same Cyberman as in wave 2d but with shock hands and open head)
*Corroded Cyberman face damage & shock hands (The same Cyberman as in wave 1c but with shock hands)
*The Astronaut (river song)
*Eleventh Doctor with beard
*Cybermats
*Silent with open mouth & lightning effect hands (same “Grey” silent as in wave 1b but with lightening effect hands)
*Peg soldier(called peg-doll soldier on packaging front and back)

December 19th, 2011 - 9:50amI was at my local smyths, and they have still no Sereis 6 figures after all this time, and that means something is wrong. The old Dr Who figures (pandorica set figures, reduced to 6.99, and a couple of old Peter the Winders adn shelf-warmers from Series 5 ).
However, they do have the Series 6 playsets. The Flesh- Bowl set, and Junk Tardis both reduced to 16.99 .
Smyths are great ! But their business seems to leave seomthing more desired. I also intend to buy the 11 Doctors set, which after all this time has been reduced to 39.99 😀

December 13th, 2011 - 3:23pmI hope this is not the case ! I have so far only bought three figures, but have EVERY INTENTION of getting more ! I want the Doctor in white shirt, the Doctor in Blue shirt+blue tie and the Doctor’s Ganger with stretchy parts. ❗
I want more Silence, particularly these Lightning-effect Silence, and more than anything else I want Idris from Wave 2 ! And if they make a figure of the Doctor from Closing Time, I would get the Cybermen to go with it aswell !!:D
For christmas I’m also going to ask for the Junk Tardis from my local toystore. 😀

December 13th, 2011 - 3:28pmIt started nicely,the Series 6 range,then CO went downhill. In my opinion, signs of worsening are mainly these:
– Abuse of those horrible flesh sachets;
– Widespread confusion in Waves and Sub-Waves and tweaked variants (corroded cybermen, silents, 11th doctor…)
– Unexplainable sbsence so far of more appealing figures, such as Minotaur, Handbots, Amy-Pirate, Sea Siren, Monks, other dolls…
Anyway, at least we get some beautiful classic figures, which hopefully we’ll get by Xmas but I doubt it (delayed in-stocks + likely bad weather)

Pegsoldier with improved detailing on the trousers. (they now look a lot scruffier/dirtier, rather than being plain, clean white which, I think is a great imporvement,) 😉

December 10th, 2011 - 7:09pmNO !! Get the Electricity Silence, preferabley the open mouth variant because it’s more accurate, it has the Silence in attack position. 😀
Maybe get the Stretchy/rubbery Ganger-Doctor, and get Idris with Phsychic container.
Corroded Cyberman with Limb damage (has electric hands and somtimes a Cyber-Conversion piece) and the Chest damage Cyberman original. 🙂

The Cyberman with Chest Damage original with the Cyebr-conversion piece.
The face damage Cyberman with Electricity.
The Limb-damage Cyberman, who I believe also comes with the Cyber-head, yes ❓
Figures I donot like, and donot want are Uncle(good figure, but pointless), Nephew (inaccurate), Doctor in Cowboy hat (yeah right, like I would want that one) Cyberman with chest damage but no head and Cyberman with face damage but no electricity. 🙂

BBC Worldwide have uploaded a teaser trailer for a new Doctor Who game called The Eternity Clock.
Details are slim, but apparently “Gamers can take on the role of the Doctor and River Song as they explore the universe of Doctor Who over multiple time periods.”
It is set to launch in early 2012 initially on Playstation 3, Playstation Vita and PC.
Could this be the triple-A Doctor Who game we’ve been waiting for? It’s too early to tell from this teaser, but it certainly looks promising.

Where are they? Varients are nice, but not when we can have so many more figures before them.
I never thOught i would say this, but i am NOW being put off collecting Doctor Who figures because of this traversity. ❗
I like to have a good range of characters and Doctors from the series, in my Collection, and not figures that just look the same on the shelf. 🙁
