February 19th, 2013 - 6:26pmNo it aint, it was like that during his time, even thou it did look different in a way during the opening titles, but they later changed it to the version used on merchandise in series 3 or 4.

The non-London mega-stores don’t even srape a 10th of the Doctor Who merchandise that is available.
