I hope we get an Ice Warrior as well. I would think that the 10 illustrated (and fantastic) will get topped up to 12 for the release.

The zygon probably isn’t the final figure, looks very prototype-y to me

Not necessarily, they’ve had plenty of characters in the range that haven’t featured in the previous series.

It’s not impossible he’ll come back though, he was going to come back in 2011 but it got scrapped due to Torchwood filming.

    • Gallifrey Falls No More

      January 21st, 2014 - 6:35pm

Well looks to be a very mixed range: 11th doctor(hide due to no pocket watch), Clara (ROA), the 12th doctor (time of the doctor/his first episode), War doctor (day of the doctor), Captain Jack Harkness(wonder why he is here and all the rest are series 7), Vastra(a good man goes to war),Oswin(AOTD), cybermen(NIS, TOTD), Zygon (day of the doctor),time war dalek?(Day of the doctor).

These are only kind of prototypes and possibly could not be made at all. If they do decide to release it, it will be much more detailed.

I agree, it looks like a clown.

    • Trenzalore

      January 21st, 2014 - 6:43pm

I’m pretty sure they have just used already released figures to make it.

    • DJHarrington

      January 21st, 2014 - 7:27pm

If you look at the image of all of the Series 4 Characters being released, you can see the Zygon looks much better than the physical prototype one so I agree with the comment made by “Trenzalore” above

Apart from the quickly mocked-up head, the pieces look re-used.

  • Liason Ice

    January 21st, 2014 - 1:27pm

Most of it looks good except the Zygon, I dont’s get why they’ve made a 12th Doctor when he hasn’t even got a proper outfit yet

I think these are still prototypes, final designs to be signed off. The Zygon minifigure (4rd photo) is more likely the final design

If you’re referring to the one in the TARDIS, it’s because it’s not had it’s final paint job done! I had the same reaction when I first saw it to! Haha

  • Andrew

    January 21st, 2014 - 12:17pm

how can people like this, why didn’t they give the license to Lego? That TARDIS, and the Zygon, it all looks awful.

Lego didn’t want it, it didn’t think they would get any profit from it! Now they’re asking but BBC run character options are keeping the licencing.

      January 21st, 2014 - 12:52pm

Are you serious – lego!!?? and have everyone with a round yellow head…I dont think so!

    • Jamie

      January 21st, 2014 - 12:53pm

The Zygon in the Tardis photos is just a prototype, the actual figure looks good!

    • BRick

      January 21st, 2014 - 1:18pm

Lego is great, but Doctor Who has really suited the CB mini-figure style. Series 4 looks great, and hoping 5, 6, 7 etc will follow

    • drjakeyoung

      January 21st, 2014 - 1:34pm

Most lego figures now don’t have yellow heads, just look at the star wars range.

    • pwilc1967

      January 21st, 2014 - 3:08pm

I think the Zygon is probably a prototype, the finishd figure looks more likely to be that in the third picture down. A lot of these figures still need to be signed off and licenced

    • Tardis’nt

      January 21st, 2014 - 3:44pm

Lego is so much better than CB, the quality is better and the instructions are so much easier to follow – plus the models look like what they are supposed to be…..

    • booboo
