Stocks Arrive – B&M 2019 Sets Product Codes, Prices and Information

Stocks have now arrived in many stores

B&M have now added the sets to their website at www.bmstores.co.uk

We have closed comments on all other B&M posts so they can be concentrated here.

Its that time again and this year there is probably more interest in these sets than ever before because of the inclusion of 2 brand new head sculpts, previously elusive figures, the 5th Doctors Tardis and a new line of Big Finish Doctor and Dalek sets.

Make no mistake this is a fine assortment of products considering the price points.

There should however be plenty of stock and the inevitable popularity of these sets over previous years appears to have been allowed for this time around.

The Tardis Sets have the same code as all the previous sets therefore the system cannot distinguish between them. If you require a specific set then it will need to be visually confirmed.

The 3 Figure Sets
all have new and individual product codes making stock inquiries much easier.

The Big finish Doctor Dalek Sets all have one code. If you require a specific set then it will need to be visually confirmed.

The Sonic Screwdrivers all have one code and are in the new Blue/Silver style guide.

For the most part people in the past have been extremely helpful in posting where sets have been found however we strongly recommend you check availability yourself before traveling.

The Product codes are as follows…

  • The 4th and 5th Doctor Tardis sets Product code 337412 £19.99.

  • The Second Doctor Figure Set product code 347790 £19.99
  • The Sontaran Figure Set (inc Harry) product code 347791 £19.99
  • The Seventh Doctor Figure Set product code 347792 £19.99

  • Big Finish Doctor and Dalek Sets product code 347793 £19.99

  • 10th, 11th and War Doctors Sonic screwdrivers product code 348589 £9.99

  • All Previous 3 Figure Sets Product code 294255 Price Variable

To find your nearest store visit www.bmstores.co.uk. Please ring (option 3) to check availability before travelling.

I,m wondering if it is more likely a Band M employee that might have put these up

i doubt it, but they would still have had to arrive at the store. I’ve seen 7th Doctor sets and Shada Tardis on facebook as well

The two i rung back said they won,t be reserving, so they have changed their policy from last year. I had no problem them. So the influx of interest and callbacks must be greater this time around. lookIng like first come first served.

yes i have heard that from others, they have changed a few things since last year.

I have been in one of the Ashford stores on the retail estate and nothing in there so must have been from the one in the town centre. Nothing here on the south coast yet Ashford/Folkestone.

I’m a bit worried about this three per customer limit. I applaud them for limiting sales, but it goes from one extreme to the other. Now we can’t buy one of each different set in one go? If so that’s madness!

      August 23rd, 2019 - 6:04pm

      that’s not a national policy i understand

    • Jon

      August 23rd, 2019 - 6:12pm

Ah, OK. Let’s see what happens then when the majority come to purchase. If it does materialise that the policy is widespread then they will need to re-think that. Let’s wait and see.

I guess I will post this again as for some reason it appears to have been removed, I was just in my local store In scotland a they had a couple of Tardis sets and a few three figure packs, limited amount so it looks like just a first batch so I’m sure more stores around the UK will be getting them soon enough

Apologies, I looked through but couldn’t see it, my mistake, also sadly the boxes of the sets were a bit bashed so not collector grade

I’ve reached a point where I think the P.R department have made a big mistake. I’ve called literally dozens of stores several times, been in to a few. No one has a clue what’s going on.

I think they have jumped the gun hugely here, there shouldn’t have been any announcement to online sources until the stock was 100% confirmed as in transit. Some say its next week, others before xmas, others have no clue. Total shambles, I could forgive it if it was the first year but b and m have had this license for 3 years.

what license? The PR department did not ask us to post this we did it to give people the information on codes, prices etc and the situation on the ground as B&M saw it at the time.

what part of “The official word from B&M is that stocks are due to start hitting some shelves around Thursday onwards, some stock is already in transit, however its is down to each stores location and stockroom staff availability as to how quickly this happens.” says these would definitely be in stores Thursday? its says around Thursday onwards.

Loads of stock is on its way to stores if not already there, i can tell you that for nothing, just because they miss the target by a day or two doesn’t deserve such a backlash.

      Well said boohoo!
Stores in my area don’t even get deliveries until this afternoon and I’m not bothering looking until tomorrow!!
Be thankful that we’re getting something instead of being negative about the process. A little patience will be more rewarding than getting wound up about things at this time…

i have just been informed some stores DID get stock yesterday and its just going out on shelves, we have at least 3 confirmed sightings. so everything we said, everything B&M said is bang on.

Been informed definitely next week where i live. Thats all i want to say about that for the moment. I forgot to ask about reserve. I hope that each stores policy is different with regards to these, although i hope they limit quantity to per customer.

Let’s just keep nice and calm and wait. They will be here in the next couple of weeks so what’s the rush? If this sort of panic continues B&M may consider the time spent receiving calls and having to deal with the panic as not worth it and pull the line of toys. Let’s not get over the top about this and keep in perspective that we are waiting on a delivery of toys. We will all get what we want if we just wait a bit longer…

    • booboo

      August 23rd, 2019 - 10:52am

Collectors want them at the first opportunity. As soon as there is a sniff of Harry and the Sonics I’m off to the store.

its this type of exposure that’s make them so successful, they have to take the good with the bad, its just the same as last year.

I too am keen on getting them, I checked my local B&M yesterday but I think some need to relax a little! Anyway, each to their own – just my perspective I think we would all be well served to chill and just wait a bit longer without the ‘nightmare’ evaluation

Its embarrassing keep ringing the same stores as well. They seem to have an idea its the same person calling and i can almost see the eyes rolling when i mention doctor who. i even disguised my voice when one of the same women answered. and that wasn,t even for a product query.

They wouldn’t do. They’re not gonna be clued up on every little thing they sell. 99% of the workers will just put out what they get in shipments. Only product codes will be of use when asking people if they have them

Inflation, higher costs in general, 2 new head sculpts, every figure a variant.

they have increased £2-3 every year, considering early sets were just re-releases with the odd tweak I’m amazed what they have been able to deliver for the coast this time.

TBH b&M have pushed the boat out a bit with these and I, for one, don’t mind paying a fee quid more if it ensures a return to Dr Who figure production!
