Stocks Arrive – B&M 2021 September Sets Information on Product Codes / Barcodes

Stocks have now arrived and are starting to appear in stores.

We have closed comments on all other B&M posts so they can be concentrated here.

At the time of writing option 3 on published store telephone numbers that allowed you to speak to a member of staff has been removed. You could try the main customer service number, 0330 838 9000 and ask to be put through to your local store or try and find out its direct number.

Shown below are the product codes and bar codes. The app is not allowing you check locations at this time.

We strongly advise you make whatever checks you can yourself to check store availability before traveling.

To find your nearest store visit www.bmstores.co.uk or use the map below. Please contact www.bmstores.co.uk if you require more information.

The B&M Map:

This map is a guide only and shouldn’t be used as a definite indication that a particular store has stock

The map shows most stores, if you see any missing please leave a comment. As the app will not allow you to check stock locations at the moment we may use this map to show the distribution pattern and possible stock locations.

If you see stock and take a picture you can send it to [email protected] and we can add it to the map or you can link to an image you are hosting yourself.

This map has layers, if you click on the icon in the blue header at the top left of the map in the you can select which layers you want to see.

A Dalek will be placed to the right of the store concerned but you will need to zoom in to separate the 2 or click off the store location layer.

Please note as the situation on the shop floor is so fluid we will no longer list stock on the map. As far as we can tell the initial delivery for stores that have had stock was for 12 of each figure set and 6 of each Dalek. As you might expect most stores are selling out of Daleks at a faster rate than the sets. Some stores listed have already sold out of all stock

Just been to the Cardiff Culvershaw Cross store and they still had loads of 3-packs. Mostly Marinus from the looks of it, but some Sensorites sets too!

A place for the Daleks but none on the shelf.

At Leytonstone they had only 2 sensorites left, as I took the last Marinus and one Sensorite. Someone of FB implied they had daleks earlier but no more. I have a photo if wanted

Could do with a way of having instant notifications of stock sightings. But require login/registration with dr who questions only a true fan would know!

It’s tiring frequently visiting local B&M stores and still nothing in Blackpool / Fylde coast.

Marinus and Sensorite sets in Dumbarton (St James Retail Park). Hard to spot, with no actual shelf label, almost literally thrown up on the top shelf of the boys toys isle near the gaming gear. Looks as if a few of the sets didn’t survive the cack-handed way they were put out with a few crushed boxes and at least set that seemed to have burst open. But still plenty intact. About an even split between both packs. I’m an opener so would have happily have taken the bashed sets instead, but they were just out of reach at the very back of the shelf.

No sign of any Dalek packs, and unlikely they were put out and gone as the 3-packs looked as if they had not been on the shelf long – in fact I was probably the first customer. I’d have taken a picture but stupidly this was the first time I’d been in there and left my phone in the car.

In hand, they are beautiful sets, with vibrant paint and an excellent likeness of the human and alien characters.

If anyone in the Glasgow-ish area needs either set in exchange for either of the Dalek sets (plus any cost difference) please let me know.

Just got three sets in B&M St Neots – just wanting History 5 now. Does anyone know why it jumps from History 5 to 7 with no 6? Or have I missed one at some point?

      September 13th, 2021 - 5:16pm

yes its because 5 and 6 would have looked very similar on the shelf so they wanted to separate / stagger them with a bit of colour

If you don’t mind the travel, they had them all at Letchworth as of 4:30pm today. They are all scattered around the toy department and not all confined to one part, so that was fun. Lady on till said they were put out today.

Plenty of Sensorites and Marinus in St Neots and only one History 7 left. Just got my History 5 in B&M Bedford Riverside where there’s plenty of all the sets. (Note if you’re visiting, they’re not in the same place – the Daleks are opposite the other sets)

Follow up to Martay’s comments. Letchworth and Hitchin stores today (Weds 15 Sept) have sold out all their Doctor Who stock. No re-stock is expected imminently. Indeed one of the Letchworth store’s toy aisles was being converted for Christmas stock.

B&M Heathfield only had a few History 5 and Voord sets left when I left this afternoon. There was no sign of History 7 or Sensorites being in stock at all due to there being no ticket? Assistants had said they have been extremely popular with many people asking!

Was going to say there’s loads of all the sets in Culverhouse Cross B&M near Cardiff, luckily I managed to pick up the two Dalek sets I wanted. As I was paying, two guys brought all the remaining Dalek sets to the tills (must have been around 10 sets overall) and brought the lot. Thought about saying something but didn’t fancy an argument. Guess they’ll be on eBay later today. However if you want either of the 3 figure sets then they had plenty of those! I should feel massively relieved I didn’t get there 5 minutes later, but I actually just feel annoyed. Still, maybe they were genuine collectors and fancied an army of Daleks. Still think clearing the shelves of every last set is not really cricket but there you go.
