For Month 25 they should have got James Masters to do Captain John Hart as he and Jack were partners in the time agency.

Need a Jack/River/Benny/Iris team up (some or all of them together)…

Love the look of the set however very disappointed as this was probably what John was talking about when everyone thought he was back for Christmas. Still, crossing my fingers tho.

Hope he’s in series 10 as well since him and Bill would be brilliant

I still wouldn’t go a minute listening to it, I was just hoping we’d get to see more of him and the doctor interacting with each other.

The Slitheen are likely for episode 2 as both characters have met them and Jackie always said it wrong…

This looks like a great set; I love Captain Jack and John Barrowman and I think it’s a brilliant idea. It’s great to see the different sides of Jack as well from different parts of his life as he changes throughout.

On a final note, it’s lovely to see Camille Coduri and Russell Tovey join the Big Finish crew – both of their characters are amazing and Jackie gives the company another firm anchor into the new series continuity. I can see their chemistry with Jack being great to hear. Let’s hope this leads to The Jackie Tyler Chronicles – a new spin off!!

I would LOVE a Jackie Tyler Chronicles, like her adventures at home while the Doctor and Rose are on their own adventures, maybe David could lend his voice for an episode where Rose is missing (as I doubt Billie would reprise the role again just yet). I’m not on about big saving the world stuff, but it would be amazing to see things like:

•Before The Doctor (seeing as Rose met the Doctor before she met the Doctor, this could follow a similar narrative and it could be set also on New Years Day 2005)
•The 12 months Rose went missing
•What happened after the yellow truck
•The periods of time between New Earth- Love & Monsters (where we don’t really see her)
•Her conversation with Rose about Elton and maybe her version of events in the format of Love & Monsters (to try and save the episode itself maybe?)
•Doomsday- Journeys End is limitless possibilities
      •Life after Journey’s End

Can’t wait for this, especially the ones with Jackie and Alonso!

BTW, is this part of the Torchwood range, or a spin-off of a spin-off?

It’s its own range, which is part of the larger Worlds of Doctor Who branding, which includes the likes of Diary of River Song, UNIT, Jago & Litefoot, etc.

Been waiting for this for a while! Hope they do a second set with River Song in at least one tale – the potential for innuendo-packed conversations between those two would be virtually infinite.

I have a feeling that the enemy in the second story will be Slitheen

It could be something like that or it could be like the Nightmare Man from SJA where you physically can’t say his name
