And the wrong episode inside the magazine. Showing closing time. They really need to sort these mistakes out. Numerous printing errors too. It’s like they just don’t care anymore

Nice big printing error on the back of this issue. This is issue 169 and the “Coming Next” slogan advertises issue 169! Whoever is in charge of proof-checking needs a talking to!!

His cape looks really cool, if only it could have been seen on screen!

Neil, what are the chances of a Margaret Slitheen figurine- human form with slitheen arm! I love the more unusual figurines! It’s never been done! Please consider it! 🙂

I wonder what the chances of a Christmas Special four-pack/s would be, a la the new companion sets? We could have a Sycorax Leader, original Robot Santa, Max Capricorn, End of Time MasterWooden King/Queen, Snowman, turtleneck Silent, Dream Crab, Testimony for a villains’ set or Doctor variants in regeneration outfit, tuxedo, 11 in Santa hat, Snowmen 11, a 12 variant, Astrid/Jackson Lake/Donna/Abigail/Madge/Victorian Clara/Santa Claus/River/Nardole/Bill for a heroes’ set. Obviously not expecting all of these to be done but just a few suggestions!

A victorian Christmas set with Jenny, Vastra, Strax and Clara would be incredible

So if the main range is finishing at 180 then the last binder will only have 4 magazines in it the last binder I got has only 16 spaces in it

Just to let you know, the collection was meant to run for just 70 issues. How many binders is another 110 issues, plus however many special editions?

Thought original run was 80 not 70

So I’m assuming that the special magazine s was meant to go in with the main magazine binders then but can you confirm

Launched initially as 70 issues then almost immediately it was 80. At least a couple more jumps took it to 140 something then 180. I’m hoping it will increase again.

Even with the boxed sets being released there’s still so many more figures I’d like to see. The longer the regular issues go on for, the more time there is for licensing issues and manufacturing problems to be tackled. Sometime I think Neil and the team underestimate their technical and creative abilities.

I’d also like to put forward a suggestion for a binder for the Special Editions (and the box sets?). The magazines are the same size as the fortnightly issues and fit the same binder, but it would be nice to have a dedicated one just for the Special Editions. Using the new series’ Gallifreyan style logo perhaps?

Now this one looks nice! Was hoping it would get done as I think it’s the only major thing I could think of to complete a Series 11 collection. A giant arachnid would be a bit generic, and a Pting would be too small. And a space racist wouldn’t make a very good figure, would it?

think Neil said there was a Pting but they had done something different with it, i cant remember for sure it was some time back

Still hoping the P’ting figurine happens eventually (even though it was my least fave episode of S11 – which I generally really liked overall). Then. I think Jodie’s first season is pretty well covered. I love Rosa – one of the most important and powerful episodes I’ve seen Doctor Who ever make – but not necessarily ripe with figurine potential.

Yep, Ben at EM tweeted that he could see lots of figurine potential in the (first) season 12 trailer
