I spent the day listening to this at work. A stunning piece of work. I’m a massive Murray Gold fan and this is absolutely up to standard. Really impressed.

The Doctors theme on this has to be the most beautiful piece of music I’ve heard since the shows return in 2005. Sends chills down my spine. I feel it’s captured everything Doctor who is.
Never got the soundtracks before but I’ll be getting myself this one when it’s released.

The track listing is in an interesting order, it looks like it could be the order originally intended for the episodes to go perkaps.

Looks like future/sci fi/contemporary UK stories on disc one and historical/overseas stories on disc 2

What about Series 10? They should release the S10 soundtrack before S11.

Different people, shows who cares more about fans Murray gold was good but rubbish with his fans taking too long so blame him for that issue.

as Series 10 was composed by Murry gold it will be down to him to polish up the compositions for a full soundtrack release.
as series 11 is composed by Segun akinola he must have finished up a complete version of the soundtrack quicker than gold has so they mays well release it first, its more relevant at the minute than series 10 anyway

I am thrilled for this but I asked Silva screen resolution series 10 to finish the Murray gold era and no news yet they said

They don’t not need to release 11 before 10. I’m sure 10 will come out at some point but they should really capitalise on the popularity of season 11 than issue music’s.from 2017
