November 30th, 2013 - 4:04amNot that I wish to doubt anyone, but can someone point to somewhere where the contents are officially confirned? I’ve not been able to find anything – this appears to be the only place. I sincererly hope that this is correct and it does also contain An Adventure in Space and Time Blu-ray in addition to both 3D and 2D Blu-ray versions of The Day of the Doctor.

September 22nd, 2013 - 4:31pmBlu-ray will,but to watch it in 3D your’ll need a 3d tv
Whovian
September 22nd, 2013 - 4:31pmit has to be a blue ray 3D player though, any blue ray device which isn’t will not work with this
pwilc1967
September 22nd, 2013 - 4:36pmFrom previous experience (having loads of 3D blu rays. The 2D version will play on a standard blu ray player. At least the 3D is there for the day you upgrade.

September 19th, 2013 - 2:12pmNot that I have a Blu-Ray device, nor a 3D TV but – is AISAT going to be 3D too then?

September 19th, 2013 - 1:39pmDoes the 3D Blu-Ray of this that is listed on Amazon include a 2D version?
booboo
September 19th, 2013 - 1:43pmit must do because its the same listing as before they just added the 3d bit
there is no separate listings anywhere for DVD, Bluray and 3D
would have been better if the full info was out before they were put up for pre order to be honest as its just confusing people especially as it now includes Adventures in space and time
pwilc1967
September 22nd, 2013 - 4:38pmHave to say at just over 11 quid at the time of ordering a 3D blu ray of anything is massive value for money
booboo
September 22nd, 2013 - 4:41pmdoes seem remarkably good value with Adventure is space as well

September 19th, 2013 - 2:03amDo you know what would make this release even better?
If it included a complete uncut version of the 2013 Doctor Who Proms! 🙂
Danny Brown
September 22nd, 2013 - 4:32pmIndeed it would!
pwilc1967
September 22nd, 2013 - 4:39pmhear hear. I’d like to see a box set of all the Dr Who Proms (& the original celebraion) (AND DOCTOR WHO LIVE!!)
Dark Lord
September 18th, 2013 - 11:50pmDespite the 10% discount code for the BBC shop, it’s actually cheaper still, to order it from Amazon UK. That’s where I’ve preordered mine from!
Matthew Littledyke
September 18th, 2013 - 10:53pmWill there be a boxset in the new. Year containing this and the Christmas special
pwilc1967
September 22nd, 2013 - 4:42pmMore than likely – then a mega box set covering the ninth to end of 11th era. I’m tempted to hold out for this but will probably get the series 1 – 7 box set. and the 2 specials individually
jaketorwho
September 18th, 2013 - 10:03pmSo is adventure in space and time in the same set, or a separate release?
booboo
September 18th, 2013 - 10:08pmsame set

jaketorwho
September 18th, 2013 - 10:12pmOk thanks! Even better value for money! Two specials for just £18 that great!
booboo
September 18th, 2013 - 10:14pmi am surprised, thought it would warrant a separate release to be honest
jaketorwho
September 18th, 2013 - 10:15pmMe to. Maybe it will come like the waters of mars and the end of time did. In a Box set, but with two separate cases! Hope so anyway!
Some bloke
September 18th, 2013 - 10:25pmI hope it does come like The Waters of Mars/ The End of Time. I will HATE it if it comes in the sam e case and under the same design as The Day of the Doctor. If it does, then I will be designing my own cover for An Adventure in Space and Time, providing it comes on a separate disc to The Day of the Doctor

September 17th, 2013 - 12:35amNow listed as Blu Ray 3D (and regular Blu Ray) on Amazon for £11.25 inc. p&p!!!

pwilc1967
September 13th, 2013 - 11:43amOr is the 3d/2d the only blu ray available? – bbc advertise it as 3d. No seperate 2D version listed
Cpl Hicks
September 12th, 2013 - 9:27pmWill the Sept code work in the BBC shop as I don’t think there is a £/value to use it previously?
booboo
September 12th, 2013 - 9:28pmno idea, this code has been specifically given to us by the BBC

September 12th, 2013 - 9:26amWhy is bad wolf written on the front page.
DoctorWhoFan101
September 12th, 2013 - 5:10pmI don’t know. I was just wondering that… does anybody here know the answer?
Anonymous
September 12th, 2013 - 5:12pmRose is in the episode so I’d presume it is something to do with her.
TARDISkey
September 12th, 2013 - 6:14pmIt’s not been stated why, as expected. But it’s probably to help make people aware that Rose is still in the 50th since she’s quite overlooked compared to most of the things to expect in the special. Plus Bad Wolf is a warning that the universe is going to end, so…
DoctorWhoFan101
September 12th, 2013 - 7:48pmThanks, when I first saw it I considered that it was something to do with Rose’s known return, but I just was a bit confused, as, when I originally saw that poster thingy, it didn’t have bad wolf. I’m a bit confuddled.
mrbeans brother
September 11th, 2013 - 7:17pmmy birthday is three days after its on tv so mabey i could get this! 🙂

September 11th, 2013 - 3:09pmWill there be a special box set later with it and the Christmas special is as I can’t see the Christmas special been in the series 8 box set as it is the last Matt Smith episode and all the episodes in that set will be Capladi’s first
Al
September 23rd, 2013 - 5:06amCapaldi is in the Christmas special too, remember.
Sean
September 11th, 2013 - 3:00pmJust wondering if the DVD and 3D Blu-Ray versions will be region-free. No indication of them being region-specific on the ‘Product Info’ tab.
Sean
September 11th, 2013 - 3:01pmJust saw the answer at Amazon page. Region 2 specific. Oh well. 🙁
drjakeyoung
September 11th, 2013 - 2:24pmWill they be doing a 3D DVD version?
