Just read through this (Or should I say flipped?)& it’s a waste of time. Incredibly dry it come’s across more as a Reference Manual for Dr Who than anything else. Fine if you like that sort of thing but nowhere near as good as last year’s version. Apart from a couple of articles this was a major disappointment!

I sort of agree whilst this one is amazing and brilliant it seems like too much has been crammed in. Plus they scrapped the one thing i loved to hate from last year. Last years was the best and was the original

The problem is they wanted to have a fixed format and that means that they need to do certain things even if it logically makes no sense whatsoever. Like in The Girl Who Waited page there were no guest stars to do the “Where have I seen?” feature that Karen GIllan gets demoted to guest star so they can carry it on. They could not bend the format to make it more interesting.

Highllight has to be Steven Moffat being asked for details on teh next series of Doctor Who and giving the simple response of “No!”.

This looks amazing! Glad it comes out just after the end of the series! But I agree with gary it looks a lot like a lot like a cover for doctor who magazine! Probably gonna get this for Christmas unless tesco have a special offer on it like last year!

The cover on the previous book was brilliant this one looks too “busy”. Too much text and they could’ve found a better picture of Amy Pond.

That’s exactly what I thought! the 2011 cover was perfect – clean yet interesting at the same time. If feels like something I paid good money for – this just looks like something I picked up at the newsagents for five bucks.
